tv recommendation?

looking for 5x" tv, currently considering of below model:

1. Hisense A7400F 50" Rm1600+-

2. Samsung TU7000 50" Rm 1750+-

3. Samsung TU8000 50“ Rm 1799+-

4. Samsung TU8500 50" Rm 2050+-

5. Samsung Q60T 50" Rm 2299+-

Q:
- Is samsung tv worth the premium?
- Notice that samsung tv is not android? no big problem?
- All samsung tv do not have dolby vision, only with HDR10+
- If have other brand/model, will consider too...its just too much tv model out there....
- Main focus on picture quality

Which tv will you recommend?

Need advise

Proton persona 2019 or perodua myvi 2020, buy for lady driver.
any onwer can give some advise?

- my main concern is on safety, persona handling macam best but myvi gt asa 2.0
- also persona need to get highest spec only gt side airbag but myvi 1.3x oredi have it
- some owner said persona 2016 high speed brake belakang will buang? betul ka

mainly city drive maybe 1 month once balik kampung 400km
no much concern on bonet space...

Need advice - purchase subsale property

is it good idea to fund property purchase with some personal loan (around 15k)?
I know is bad move considering that personal loan has much higher interest rate

But if one still can keep a positive cash flow after all the commitment, is it worth doing it?

Example:

Net income for A:3500
Net income for B:2900
Total: 6400

Housing loan:1800
Persoanl loan: 350
Expense for two: 3500 (base on past observation, can be lower if needed)
other expense for the property: 400 (assume)
current renting: 500 (until getting the key)
Total: 6550

Which mean still able to make postive cash flow after we get the key.
But seem like not so easy, need advice from sifu

try to apply for rumah wip, wanna find near MRT. Kepongmas, kepongmas2, kuchaimas non-bumi all sold out

So I go to apply for polyritz and Vista Wirajaya 2, polyritz developer abit worry

Any sifu gt any good recommendation other than above?
