PC have some issue after thunderstorm

The PC is left open during rainy day on Tuesday due to downloading something. Then the house power trip at the main switch due to strong thunder. After rain+thunder stop, tries to switch the PC back on, but choose boot drive error come out. Steps that I do afterwards :

1) Check on mobo BIOS, boot drive is detected on the BIOS, but the arrangement of boot order has change (HDD first, SSD second, should be SSD first, then HDD)
2) PC boot correctly, assuming all is good.
3) During gaming, suddenly got blue screen error with note WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
4) PC reset by itself, after mobo graphic, come out the choose boot driver error again.

What is the component that is defective here? Suspect the SSD, but it still holds Windows and boot properly.

What PC components to upgrade first?

Need some of sifus wisdom and opinions.

Currently my PC setup is as below :

AMD Ryzen 3 3300X
Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2
Zotac GTX1650 Super
Corsair CV550
16GB (8Gb X 2) XPG Gammix D10 DDR4 3200MHz

If I want to improve my gaming experience (changing to 27 inch, 144Hz FHD monitor), what needed the change the most, without bottlenecking the components, and without breaking the bank (Budget around 1.5k~2.5k).
