Wanna ask anybody did these type of led ceiling lights like fake plaster ceiling

I saw these videos from facebook but they're from China.... anyone local doing it?

I think led lights last longer.... but if need to change that time maybe a bit headache

Refinance house to buy new house?

Hi!

My current old house is almost fully paid up.

I'm considering buying a new house and thinking of refinancing my current house for RM200k and use that money to buy a new house + reno + misc etc.

If I refinance my house now, then next year (Q2) new house ready and move in ... then sell my old house. Is it a bad move?

What other ways to get around RM100k to Rm200k

Where to get quick loan of around 80-100k

Hi all!

I'm buying another house and selling my existing one.

Problem is I need to buy the new house first then only sell existing one. I need around 80-100k to sort out the new house (downpayment etc).

The old house should be sold in 1-2 months time which I'll immediately pay back the 80-100k loan.

May I know what's the best option for me?

Hi guys

Last time I rent a shoplot do business, the tnb bill is under my name. Last year since start of MCO i closed the shoplot but the tnb bill name until now is still under mine because the shoplot owner at kl didn't come down.

Want to check can I just go straight to tnb to change name without the owner? What documents do I need to bring?

I'm buying a landed house for my father and his legally married wife (not my mum but in very good terms). The house will be under my name and they will be staying there.

My friend says if my father pass away, his wife can legally claim part of the house ownership because she stay there for a long time even though the house name is under mine. Is that real or my friend tok cok only

How does it work and how much fee does it cost?

Can't use service like paypal/payoneer, need to do bank transfer to their poland bank.

New business owner

Hi all!

I started a company registered under PLT (LLP) on August 2017

I am a freelance car detailer so I usually work myself... sometimes got hire some freelance people to help out..

I didn't declare epf or anything. I just open the company, then when got customer I give them invoice.. and they pay to my bank account.

May I know when do I need to pay personal income tax and when need to pay company tax?.

For company tax (PLT/LLP), do I declare myself as an employee with salary? I do have some expense receipt such as hiring freelancer and also buying equipments etc.

Not sure how to do this, first time doing it.. hope someone can give me some guidance
