International parcel returned to sender

Hi everyone!
Lately, I sent an international parcel to my daughter who is in France by Pos Malaysia. My parcel arrived in France 14th November, but it was returned to Malaysia without even inform the recipient. The parcel never left the export center in France, it just simply arrived and then go straight back to Malaysia! There were just food inside, nothing sensitive. So I really really don't know what happened!
Therefore, I have called Pos Malaysia customer service and and launched a complaint. Unfortunately they are not solving my problem! They just tell me to wait for 7 days, and then 2 weeks, and then 2 months!
What should I do know? I paid almost RM800+ for nothing. Is that possible to get a refund or compensation? Or they can send the parcel for free again?
Luckily the parcel has not went missing. All I ask is to resend the parcel.

PS: I have sent an email, attached with the tracking status which showed that the parcel has returned and already arrived at Malaysia. BUT the customer service has blinded by don't-know-what, he just simply answer me your parcel has already arrived in France 14th November.

Thanks for helping me!! Really frustrated by the attitude of those people

Questions regarding JPA JKPJ 2018

Hi guys! I just found out I got the JPA scholarship to France!! Yay !!! However I got many many questions to ask about this programme as JKPJ 2018 seems quite diffrent from the past years! As long as I know from my seniors, they just studied at INTEC Education College for only 1 month and headed straight to France for preparatory course. BUT as stated in my offer letter I need to take preparatory course in INTEC for 18 months!! Can anyone who are scholars of JPA share their experiences to me?? BTW the information stated in the offer letter is also sooooooo vague! They didn't state how many the cut-off point is and I also can't find any long term course of French in INTEC's official website!! Thanks in advance for those who share their information~~!

SPM 10A+ & 1A, How to study in UK?

Hi everyone! I'm a fresh SPM-leaver who scored 10A+ and 1A. I'm very determined to take chemical engineering and hoping to have a chance to study in top U like Oxbridge. Hence, I've applied all oversea scholarships, eg. JPA, Yayasan khazanah, Petronas and Shell. Before I write this post, I've combed through every topic regarding study in UK in this forum, and I found out that A-level is the most suitable pre-U course for me. However, even though I apply for A-level scholarships in those private university, I'm still having problem financially as my family could not afford for daily expenses even in Kuching, Sarawak. Hence, I only apply for the oversea scholarships which will give financial aids in daily expenses as I've mentioned above. I'm very worried - what if I never get any of these scholarships and have to study matriculation?? As far as I know, Matriculation only be accepted by public universities, but not by Oxford. Then how will I study in Oxford??!! I'm really worried sick as sometimes I feel my dream won't be achieved as I'm not the smartest among my peers, and how can I stand out from the pool of top SPM-scorers??!! I hope you guys can share with me your experiences or some tips!!! Thank you very much!!!
