Steps for applying a UK student visa etc

I need further information on how to apply a UK student visa in Malaysia. I found information from Google, some said need to pay first and book appointment from here http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ some said just walk in. How it should be done? The link given can't be reached.
Then, I found out that we have to translate documents that were in Malay to English. Is it true that we can only find a certain translation agency or govt body to translate our spm cert? Whereas other documents can be translated anywhere else in Malaysia as long as it's certified.
Are there any other things that I have missed out and MUST DO before going to the UK?

I am applying for graduate trainee program right now. Most of the large companies that I applied for requires my IC number, House address, family background (Name,Job,Age,Where). And I must send these information's to them before an interview or I will be rejected. I just want to know if this is a normal process for job applications as I don't have much experiences in these.

Cheap Braces

Does anyone know a good dental clinic for cheap braces in Petaling Jaya? I had mine from the government hospital for 5 years already, now I'm 22 yo but there are still a big gap in between my teeth. When asked them to make it faster, they said its the fastest. I saw people along the road had their braces with bands to tighten their teeth and minimize the gaps but govt hospital does not have it. Im posting it seriously, please dont comment some jokes underneath.

Need help on university matter

Before I talk about my problem there are some keywords that you have to take note of to understand what I'm trying to say:
This programme im taking requires 3 years to complete.

Programme Handbook: Programme Structures with description on compulsory subjects that students have to take for each year and elective subjects that can be chosen from the list, such as: from 5 elective subjects, choose 2. By fulfilling all compulsory subjects taken and elective subjects, students can complete there first, second, or third year.

Subject Availability List: Given to every students at the beginning of the year to check on subjects that are available to be taken by students on certain semesters. For example: I'm in my first semester of first year, and there is this (Accounting subject) that is only available on the second semester of the year. I will not be able to take it on my first semester until the second semester.

Mass timetable: All subjects offering by the university will be included in this timetable and students are required to arrange their own timetable by referring to the subject availability list and subjects student MUST take in order to graduate.

Im studying for a degree in a university(not going to name it) now in Malaysia. Before i applied for the course im taking right now, i was given a programme handbook with a brief description of the programme structure and which subjects that i can take throughout the course. So before the semester starts, the university will post a mass timetable where all subjects and classes that are available in that semester are in the timetable, and we are required to arrange our timetable ourselves according to the subject availability list given and subjects that we have to take either compulsory or elective.
For my course, i have only a short list of elective subjects that can be taken such as 5 choose 3, the other 2 subjects is just on the list for decoration (i only know about it until one of the seniors told me about it) as it never appears in subject availability list. So now there is only 3 subjects left where i had taken one of the 3 last semester and now left with 2 of the electives. The problem now is, according to the programme handbook and subject availability list, there is this calculus subject that SHOULD BE offering this semester and this particular subject will not be offered by the university until the same semester of next year, where the other one elective subject is totally not available in this semester. I emailed the admins of the university, all i got from the reply of them is, choose another elective (which it is impossible because i must take the calculus this semester) or wait until next year (where they cannot guarantee that i can take it next year).
I had encounter a similar problem last semester where there is a total clash in subjects and admins are not responding to my problem but i manage to get through it by writing letters to all lecturers to fix the most suitable time. But now in this case, the subject is not offered by the university, there is no one to write a letter to.

So, i want to ask if there is a way to report this problem to anyone that can take action on this university? Is it against the law for publishing "decoration" subjects on the programme handbook and subject availability list just to please the students and attract them to sign up for the course? These large pores and blackheads all over my face is a disturbance for me for quite some time already, ive tried out innisfree pore treatment products but it doesnt work. Then i went for facial treatments to pull out my blackheads and minimize the pores but after 2 days they started growing again. Please, any recommendation of products for this kind of situation? Buyer claimed that he didn't receive parcel

So the courier service has delivered the parcel to that person's company, ive showed him the proof of delivery with his company stamp received there, the stamp is not so clear but it's surely from his company. He keep denying that he receive the parcel. What should I do? It actually is not my fault already right? It's delivered successfully to there.

Motorbikes on road

Why are there so many bad motorbike drivers in Malaysia? Many time on road when I try to turn after the traffic light there would be motorbikes that like to slip over the side of my car and pass through or when I was coming out from a small passage, there must be some motorbike drivers like to drive faster than me and cross pass in front of my car. And I nearly knocked him down. And these people always think they were right? What kind of nonsense logic they have in mind?

Argument with a friend

She's currently studying overseas and after the argument I'm quite afraid she'll commit suicide there. What to do? I shouldn't be saying sorry because she's wrong?

I was told by my seniors and some of the university lecturers that Bachelor of Economics is a useless degree as if company would to hire workers, they would priorities accounting or business degree holders. Is it true that Bachelor of Economics is useless? I don't want to end up wasting 3years time studying a useless degree and ended up jobless.

Part timer at a shop

Job Scam?

Hi everybody so I was offered a job on Facebook last week and we were scheduled to meet today, but she messaged me this Morning saying that she is not able to come but instead her friend will come to interview me at a restaurant. I can't search her name on fb search engine,so I guess maybe she had off it and her name on fb has changed. Something more suspicious is the restaurant we are going to meet with, has a hotel upstairs. I'm just afraid if this job legit ? Any ideas people?

I've met a person that offer me job on Facebook and we scheduled to meet today but she contacted me and said she won't be able to come but she will be calling her friend to interview me instead. And then, I went to find her Facebook account, she changed her name and unable to find in search engine. What do you girls think? Is this job legit? Gay father

I was the first one in the family that discover my father is a gay when I'm 8. I decided not to tell anybody in my house especially my mother, I'm afraid she would be very sad and disappointed or may divorce. When time goes by, I realize my father is even impatient, hate on girls,woman etc. I decided to tell my mother about it when I was 12 but she chose to trust my father until one day on 2015 she had found out herself that my father is gay. It's when he watch gay porn videos and date through gay apps etc, they quarreled with each other every day and wanted to divorce. Everyday when my father driving or something, he would say how bad is women's driving, and blame on women. And say women are ALL slow, brainless, idiot, act like a stupid etc. Even when he watch a drama from TV, he would relate to "ALL GIRLS OR WOMAN are acting stupid and brainless" there's more than that. Me myself is a girl, I felt really offended of what he said, I tried to stop him from saying all that but he still continues and say I'm not a good daughter for arguing with him. My mother, heard that all but didn't take actions, she always talk to me privately to not argue with my father, because it won't benefit me and everyone of us in the house including my sister. Then she would throw all hates, or sad things about my father to me, I've told her to just tell my father directly but she wouldn't. I'm like a rubbish bin for her to throw all hates etc. My father hit me, chase me out from house for one day, feeding mosquitoes and my mother doesn't bother about me. I do not have any relatives to talk to, my mother's side, all are money minded that doesn't bother about us poor family, another one at my father's side, usually really love me, had passed away at 2014. I felt very helpless, I want to die by commiting suicide, I think this would help and relief me for the last and one and only time.
Anyways thanks to lowyat forum having me to spill out everything that is in my mind.

Graduation night p.2

I went to see the headmistress , again, to convince her to allow me not to attend the graduation night. She, again, rejected my reason. I brought up the topic about she, refusing to give me my certificate if i dont attend the graduation night. She STRONGLY DENIED EVERYTHING SHE SAID TO ME LAST TIME. And now she told me its Compulsory to join the graduation night. Then, i asked her to give me a letter or even some words of her in black and white but she refuse to. I think she must had seen my post here in Lowyat so she denied everything. So now? What can i do with all such rubbish from her mouth..i dont want to attend it. And they have this mentor mentee kind of thing which my mentor keep on putting pressure on me and calling me to pay...

Doesn't want to go for graduation night

I am going to graduate from college this June and the teachers and headmistress are trying to force us students to attend that graduation. It costs RM2xx for the graduation and I think its really not worth it. I don't have friends, my result is not like the best of all, if I really go to that event, I have to buy gown and all sorts of things that cost for than the ticket price of graduation night. And I'm not that rich for this kind of event. People owed money to my parents and now my economic background of my family is really not good. I've told the headmistress about this but she said since I can pay for the college fees, I can even pay for the ticket. And I can choose not to go the event. Just pay for the ticket. Guys, please anybody can give me a very good reason to make her shut? I don't want to pay so much for nothing.

What to do to a bad tenant

This tenant refuse to move out of my house and now i just got the bills of electricity and water. They owe them a freaking RM5000 and RM2000 each. They warned me if i report to police or something they will commit suicide in my house! If thats the case, nobody would ever rent my house anymore... Anybody please suggest me what to do now?
