Toyota's Management Trainee Program

Hi everyone, I would like to ask the opinion of those who've worked/ know someone who have work as a Management Trainee/ Young Graduate Trainee in Toyota.

I have applied for it and I have express my interest in the marketing department.

My question are as below:-
1. What was the culture & working life like ?
2. How was the learning experience in each department during rotation (especially marketing)
3. What's the pay and salary?

I have search on linkedin and often find an inconsistency with the duration offered. Some worked for 6 months, some 9 months, some 1 year +. They also didn't specify on the job description which might lead me to think that this program may not be very prestigious after all when compared to their brand. Can anyone clarify on this?

KDU or UCSI (Degree in Mass Comm and Business)

Hey guys,I'm researching between UCSI and KDU in terms of their degree in MASS COMM and BUSINESS.this is because I'm still not sure what i wanna do so I'll be taking Foundation in Arts first to get an exposure on these programme and choose after I finish my foundation.

I've seen that UCSI is a 5 setara rating University and I've research through thread
From there,I could only get more negative experience than positive one, but to be fair those thread was like 3-4 years old.
In that sense,I asked my friend's contact as well and his respond is also very common to the research that I've made like :
-"Please refrain from coming UCSI"
-"I suggest you think about other choice first become coming here"
-"Better dont come to this death trap"

As for KDU,all I'm seeing from my research is that it's not that good because it's still new but to be fair also,those thread was like 3-4 years ago.
As for my friend's experience,there's more positive than negative review unlike UCSI.
But what my teacher said was like "Unis like KDU that cannot offer medicine and offer low budget courses are normally lowly funded".
I dont really understand what he mean by that and what's the effect of it?

All in all,I prioritize on EDUCATION QUALITY as in the QUALITY and EXPERIENCE of the lecturer in these programme.
As for fee both are most likely the same after the scholarship reduction.

I hope somebody can explain to me in more detail manner.
