            <description>All sifu, i just found a unit located at sri petaling. But the unit left 53 years. The SA says can convert to freehold. But another SA say its subject to approval and time consuming. I just worry that after i purchase the unit and the government is not approve on the conversion. Then i really buy it with super premium or even the government approve, i may need to top up additional premium.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not sure whether its worth as 53 years cost me 1.2million.</description>

            <title>Security rules for F&amp;amp;G</title>

            <description>Hi All sifus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just want to ask some security issues for F&amp;amp;G. Since we know that F&amp;amp;G is individual title and the taman is usually allow public to assess. However, most of the projects (1st year after VP) which will be manage by developer itself. May i know that are they can restrict public to assess still (for the first year where the security &amp;amp; rules manage by developer)?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If yes, can we apply the same rules for the 2nd year? Or any other rules which is not breach the Government rules but also can try to minimize the visitors from public?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you&amp;#33;</description>

            <title>Cancel booking unit</title>

            <description>All sifu, &lt;br /&gt;Today went to quartz showroom to checked the latest package and i have placed a booking deposit as i really liked the unit that i booked. However, the sales agent informed me that due to their system delayed, the unit was taken by other buyers right after i placed my booking deposit and otw home.&lt;br /&gt;I was pissed and want to cancel it. But he said the developer will still charge me RM 500 for the cancellation. Is there anyway i can do waive this RM 500?</description>
