[Dilemma] Should I include past work exp in my CV?

Hi guys,

I would like your opinions.

I am applying for a new job and am curently in a dilemma as to whether I shud put my current job experience in my resume.

My worry is that if i did put my relevant work experience, my potential new employer will ask for references in my current company (as my current job is my first and only job)
My boss is known to give bad comments to deter other company from hiring us (i know it from my seniors in my company). At the same time, my boss would not give a raise in salary. And our bonus amoutn depends on his mood instead of KPI(thats why I would want my boss to know Im applying elsewhere either)

I do not mind a low salary ( if i join as fresh grad / non-experience hire) in a new company. My worry is that the new employer would just ignore applications on fresh grad. Please advise me, buddies.

Fyi, I am having 1.5 years of experience in my line of accounting and am applying to banks / insurance company

I lost my CD and now my wireless adapter cant function.

I wenmt to x-driver website and all i can downloaad are security catalog. and in my hardware list. stil have the cant use yellow questio mark on it.

Its a BCM5701(heard made from broadcom but the chip prints asus)

I have just bought a wireless network card.
Now slot into computer with antenna d.

Read something abut plug and play.
Is mine not one? cause no pop up says wireless connection detected although i turned router and computer on.
They ask to install but i dont have CD.

I think software dept will help as i cant ost computer installation stuff at hardware. PLs help

My computer is running teribbly slow when i on several task(not many, just a few such as a DoTA and msn messenger).

And the has increased. Usually it was only 40+ at temp 2.

1. Can u all pls pls pls.....teach me how to read the speedfan. i go through the web but cant find what are the V's under it for which part of cpu..

2. And pls pls tell me what's wrong with my computer and how make it better.

I have a Speedfan program in my computer.

Usually i will minimize the speed fan program to look at the temp at teh system tray from time to time.
My usual temperature is about 43C but one day i saw and it was 54C. All the temp increases tremendously. Is it because of the cpu usage?

Is my computer overcloack? how to see?
I intend to see an extra 90mm i-cute fan at the cpu. the only place i can put is at the back right? shud i make it exaust or make air enter cpu?

I am worried. Pls spam whatever knowledge you know. I will learn from you. still learning here..........><
