Need Help - Level 1 router FBR-1412TX

Hey guys,

I've just bought a router from a forummer,
its a Level 1 - FBR-1412TX

my problem is i cant get into the web admin page to configure it.
Basically here's the list i've done:
1. configured static ip 192.168.123.1/24 for the host
2. gateway is 192.168.123.254
3. ping to the router is succesful
4. cannot enter through ie nor mozilla
5. change to other computer, still the same problem.
6. change the cat5 cables also the same..
owh, i've tried resetting the router a few times already too

any help is appreciated
