Retaking STPM, please help

Hi, i'm a 2019 stpm student. I obtained 1.90 cgpa for my overall results. I've been thinking of retaking my stpm . Is it possible to register as calon persendirian? What's the procedure and do I have to retake all subjects?
I've wasted a year for this and i really want to continue study.

Can art stream students mohon for science stream class in STPM??
My friend's mom said it is possible by making rayuan.. So.. What do you think??? Have anyone tried this before???
