advice on gpu upgrade

Hello, I've been using this 5yo+ machine & over the years games have becoming more graphical demanding, don't know if my system can cope for how long. Added some parts over the years, don't ask about the ram, I got the crucial at 2x price during the ram "crisis" but also cannot do without ram.I still haven't install the 2 extra case cooler, I need to clean and repaste first, can I still reuse my PSU for new GPU ?

Right now my priority is gpu with a budget of <RM1800, any experts or sifus here have any suggestion? thanks
Note: looking for the one that can support 2 monitors (1440p &/ ultrawide?), will also be undervolting maybe

144hz monitor recommendation

Hey guys,

Need help figuring out which monitor to get.
Budget is 1k plus or minus
Cheap 144hz panels like TN obviously have bad colours,been wondering if there's any 144hz TN with decent colour.
Found asus vg248qe and acer gn246hl but using old tech pwm dimming which will cause eye strain.

Next, i found benQ xl2411 (non-z), acer XF240H, viewsonic xg2401 &xg2402, Aoc2460pf, curved monitors like acer242qr & samsung c24fg7.
Need help deciding which has the best colour, maybe i should get cheapest 144hz monitor and buy another 60hz ips monitor later?
