My neighbour makes me want to "kill" all the cats!

Long story short. A neighbour feeds stray cats but don't actually own them because they didn't even want to keep them. The cats breed many and all of them go everywhere and cause serious inconvenient.

My car get scratched by those paws. Table food is jeopardized. My fishes, well I feel luckly those fishes are safe, only for the moment. Went back home with pee inside our house! Do you know how difficult to clean those on furniture especially the smell! Oh gosh...!

Is the stressful city life not enough? I have to come back home with these non-sense? For a moment, I really feel like to "kill" those cats. Please stop me from doing it, I love animal, but I need help!

What should I do?

Side note: I had a dog which passed away sometimes ago. I don't want to own another dog just to chase the cat away. I currently has no time to own yet another a pet.

Edit1: Thanks all the suggestion. The cat trap suggestion might be a good idea, but I doubt its effectiveness. Because this group of cats always lepak in pairs or more, so when they notice their friends being trapped, will they fall into the same trap again? Meanwhile, I'm thinking is there any helpline sort of thing?

Edit 2: To those who suggest me to get a dog. As I've stated, I don't want to own a dog anymore. I was a dog owner and I understand the responsibity. It is not as simple as 'let's get a dog" thing, you need to ready to devote 10 years of responsibilty for it. I kept a dog from baby to old until die, not a lightweight job.

Help me to look for a laptop that suite my need

Hi all tech experts,

I'm looking for a working laptop that suits the following criteria :

1) Battery life: Prefer to be average 8 hours or more, cause I will going around working. This is main criteria.

2) Design: Prefer modern thin & light look.

3) Keyboard: Prefer to have backlight on keyboard. I occasionally work in low light when my partner asleep. But if this cannot fulfil, leave it then.

4) Screen size: Just the normal 14 inches will do.

5) Processor (edited): Reply by user said i7 doesn't go well with fanless, if that is a problem, I prefer lastest i5 though.

6) RAM: 8GB

7) Graphics: No need advance, maybe Intel Integrated Graphics will do. I don't really game, video editing yes, but like family videos only.

8) Touchscreen: Not necessary though, I just want work and surf and do research.

9) OS: Windows 10 Home is enough for me.

10) Drive: I think 256 GB SSD is enough for me. No porn, just torrent videos.

11) Ports: Those USB 3.0 or so, audio jack, HDMI. Card reader is useless on me.

12) Color: I like black, but not the main criteria.

13) Fan: I hope to get fanless. Since I'm not running high graphic driven task, and I have SSD, fanless would be best option, improve battery life too.

14) Budget: RM 4k or below.

How expensive is the property can I afford?

I hope I have posted in the right place. I'm asking on behalf of my close friend. He has net salary income at 4K. Installment for Myvi RM 500 and 2 credit cards. Both have good payments recorded. Paying PTPTN as usual. Should be no problem in CCRIS. But we are not sure if he qualifies to afford what sort of price range for his first house. Any experience people here, please help. We are not savvy in calculating these.

So here goes the big question: How expensive is the property that my dear friend can afford?

Note: He prefers to buy first-hand property as he doesn't have much cash to pay for legal and down payment.
