anyone in /k is working with HSBC?

i tried applying for the HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum CC-i but was rejected within a week. the thing is my annual salary is about RM48k and my bills were always paid on the deadline. been working for about 8 months as a fresh grad and income is always consistent. got no prior CC, ptptn, ah long etc debts.

called the bank and they say system did not state any reason they asked me to try again in 6 months time. i want it soon to get the sweet deal at ringgitplus leh

anyone can shed some light about this?

ENT Recommendation needed

Anyone can recommend a great ENT specialist, preferably at Penang Island? I have been burping quite frequently after meals and have vomiting sensation sometimes. Done the endoscopy with a gastrologist but he assured me nothing is wrong with my digestive tract and referred me to an ENT instead.

Also for those of you with silent reflux, how did your specialist come to that? Because the ENT specialist I was referred to mentioned that there are signs of reflux at the throat but he said it is nothing to be worried about. Padahal i feel there is always 1 lump of ball at my throat

I was involved in a minor hit and run last week. Made a report within 24 hours with full details (car model, colour, reg no). The other fella didn't report till yesterday (way more than 24 hours after incident), probably police summon only come. Both cars just scratched and dented.

Now police visited the scene and discovered that I went the wrong way (didn't noticed it was wrong way at that time as it was raining) but he did hit me without stopping. And of course I kena saman. Can I do any sort of rayuan for this matter? And remember the guy reported way after 24 hours.

Training (i take each set to failure):
Tuesday
- Deadlift
- Bent over row
- Pull ups
- Face pull
- Barbell curl

Thursday
- Inclined bench press
- Flat bench press
- Cable fly
- Skullcrusher

Friday
- Barbell Squats
- Leg press
- Standing calf raises
- Standing military press
- Standing bent over rear delts
- Standing side lateral raise

Other days are rest days

Diet
Breakfast:
- 2 slices of white bread
- 2 teaspoons of peanut butter

Lunch:
- Makan with kolik, could be anything an office guy have for lunch (always made it a habit to have decent portion of pork or chicken)

Snack 1:
- 2 banana
- 300ml of full cream milk

Tea break:
- 1 cup spaghetti
- 100g of chicken breast
- 2 whole eggs

Dinner:
- 1 cup of rice
- Vege and meat portioned with friends

Snack 2:
- 300ml of full cream milk

Average calories per day = 2100 kcal (i had 1/4 of this amount before i started this regime). Slept 6 - 7 hours a day

Been doing this for 6 months but not much of progress

All components are a month old

GPU Temperatures:
Idle 35C
Typical load 76C to 84C

More taxing games like far cry 5 and Mass effect Andromeda on ultra will hit the max temperature. Should I be concerned about my GPU temperature?
