Update: Went to Centrepoint BU drive thru branch yesterday, the staff said "no longer have this card, got issues"

so no idea about this.

• If you have private health insurance, please provide a proof of exemption from compulsory statutory health insurance issued by a statutory health insurance company.

How do I show this? Currently I have company insurance (AIA) and my own one (Great Eastern)
