Issue with common area tree (strata title)

Anyone ever encounter issue with tree overgrown above the heights of the house and causing issue such as clogged gutter and leakage? Is there any written law that the management office need to prune it if the tree poses issue to house owner? Any government bodies that i can complain on this, so far i had found COB and Strata Tribunal but which one should i approach?

I had already approached management and the community chariperson since 2019 but no solid solution are given by them. What is the next step to take to solve such issue. I hope i can get any advise from the expert here, thanks

Hi, I recently order an item and requested the seller to use Poslaju but end up the seller using CityLink instead. I had seen many bad review about them and their facebook rating goes as low as 1.2 star from 505 ratings. My parcel was collected to dataran CityLink at 6pm 26/4, however there's no update at all today. I called them up and they told me they are understaff and will arrange delivery on Monday, asked why can't be tomorrow, they simply told me that the supervisor does not allow. However i have yet to see my parcel going to the hub and have any update at all.

The Magistrate’s Court in Petaling Jaya today set tomorrow for mention of an online taxi driver charged with the kidnap of a pastor in February last year.

Magistrate Nurshahirah Abdul Salim fixed the date after allowing an application by the prosecution, conducted by deputy public prosecutor Abu Arsalnaa Zainal Abidin, for the case to be mentioned together with another case where the accused, Lam Chang Nam, 32, was charged with extorting the pastor’s son.

Last Jan 15, Lam, with seven others still at large, were charged with jointly abducting pastor Raymond Koh, whose real name is Keng Joo Koh, 64.

The offence was allegedly committed at Jalan SS4B/10A, Kelana Jaya, here at 10.45 am on Feb 13 last year.

The charge, under Section 365 of the Penal Code, read together with Section 34 of the same law, provides an imprisonment for up to seven years and fine, if found guilty.
