I wanna rotan this guy. I will cane him until he say he is sorry.

But later if he bring this case upstairs, then i simply say i rotan because i want to didik him. Im a supervisor/trainer. He should respect me. And it is also my job to didik those who are still young.

So it is definitely within my right to hit him. Why cannot?
Teacher can hit those who disrespect him, why i cannot?
Because teacher teach things? I also teach things maa. U think all those new staff straight away first day can do inventori ah? I teach ma.

So if teacher can simply hit if feel disrespected, as long as under the pretense of teaching the young ones a lesson, then i also can lah. Ngam mou?

If people question my method of simply hitting my staffs, then i will reply "don't be so strawberry generation can ah?"

Hai sifus,

I have question.. is my understanding correct?

If husband and wife buy house loan joint account, then suddenly husband/wife pass away, half of the remaining mortgage loan will be covered by MRTT right(if purchase MRTT)

So for example:
Morgage: 460,000
Husband pass away(touch wood)
230k will be covered by MRTT

So remaining mortgage will be 230k.
Assuming the husband has prepared will that the house will be given as hibah to wife, then the wife has two choice

1. Inform the bank, then rearrange monthly payment to be half the previous monthly payment

Or

2. Sell the house. So assuming the remaining mortgage will be 230k, and house can be sold around 500k, so the balance will be received by wife.

Sifus, is my understanding correct?
