Is it wrong to tell people to stop feeding strays?

So guys, my condo here a lot stray dogs. I already lodged 2 to 3 complaint to town council to do something but always no action.

I always see this guy staying at my condo like to go feed the strays. Today I saw him doing that and I told him very nicely not to feed the strays because the strays are breeding there. Reading being that,not only are they breeding, they are also fighting and peeing at other resident’s tyre. Sometimes these strays got run down by cars and 2 to 3 strays are limping.

Then he told me the dogs are not inside condo compound and asked me why am I so worked out. I told him not because of that that but these dogs should not be here and by feeding them, he’s encouraging the dogs to breed. He asked me what to do and I told him to report to town council. He starts accusing me of being cruel, etc.

Am I salah kah?

I wanna buy one to replace the old mattress at my rental house. Lazy wanna go shop to survey. Saw on Lazada plenty of choice from RM250 onwards for a Queen size mattress. Legit or not?

And do I need to pay extra if I ask people to remove my old mattress?

Is AIA red color insurance card sucky?

GF not feeling well and been calling some clinics nearby to ask if they accept AIA red card. Was told they don’t accept AIA red card even though they are AIA panel clinic.

Is it because it is sucky? Any other insurance card as sucky as this?

If one car fully paid off and still in good exterior and interior. Owner is single and no commitment aside from property. Would it be wise to keep it and buy another better car? Or makes more financial sense to sell it instead?

Story time: How I peer pressured my ex staff

So I noticed there’s this tered about junior staff living luxury lifestyle. Reminds me of a story la.

This story long long time ago when I was still a collared worker. About 10 years ago easily.

That time I betted some underground 4D number and I won a small sum la. About 15k in payout. So ngam a few days before that company released bonus. It was a paltry 0.5 to 0.8 months of our salary on average. Biasalah UK MNc ma. So apa lagi, I went on shopping spree la. Bought a Tag Heuer Carrera, Mont Blanc pen and belt la.

So colleague start noticing all my new stuff and came up to me complementing my new stuff. He asked me if my bonus this year how la this and that. I then gamed up this dude and told him not to tell everyone and that boss gave me good bonus. I told him the boss likes ppl to be presentable; not only can talk to client but also dresses well.

Guess what, the following week I saw him with new LV belt. Monday morning team briefing time I sat beside him at the back and asked him how much was the belt. He told me something 2 to 3k with Citi interest free installment. Then he told me he got a new car. Some Honda la. Then I was like “Bro. Untunglar”.

In my heart I thinking this guy just got gamed by me.

Wanna start a fried chicken shop

So for my next business project, I plan to start a fried chicken shop. It’ll be a take away shop, with few small tables for dine in.

I have a few ideas for the menu with different tasting fried chicken. These are:-

Chinese golden salted egg fried chicken
Mamak style kunyit fried chicken
Salt and pepper fried chicken
Garlic fried chicken

All will be deep fried style. Will be testing it out with chef over next few days.

However, I’m thinking if I should have side dish. I don’t want something like Lim Fried Chicken where they serve their chicken it with rice and curry sauce and I don’t want something bland like fries.

/k got any idea for the side dish?

Why some business focus on earning quick profit

So today I went back wifey hometown cause she is going for sapu kubur ceremony. We went back with my wifey’s car and since her car is due for warranty; Thursday itself I bought all the parts to get ready for servicing.

So while she went sapu kubur with the family, I went lim kopi and saw a workshop. I dropped by asked them how much to service since I already have parts and all.

First thing is he asked me “abang dari mana”. I said KL. Then he talk to his partner and said “RM40 la bang”. I was like KL only RM20 leh if you bring parts. But being an easy dude I said OK la. Support local business ma. He then told me he will check everything.

So later change ATF he told me my existing ATF I bought not enough. So I told him it’s ok I’ll buy one from you. At first RM160. He went to his office; 1 min later came out told me RM180. KL sell around RM140 only.

Not to say I cheapskate la. I willingly paid but I just wondering why these workshop so keen to chop you instead of giving a first good impression. Don’t ask me which workshop ok?

My car rental business affected by Grab takeover

I got 2 Myvi which is rented to e-hailing service driver. Today one of the Uber driver Whatsapped me to tell me that he and his partner want to stop driving already once Uber service stops at 8th April.

I asked why they don’t want to continue driving for Grab and he said Grab’s rate not attractive and not favourable to driver. And most people that I know that is doing the same are also finding it hard to find drivers to rent their cars these days.

I’m gonna see how. Maybe leave it for a while. If still cannot find driver, I will sell off the Myvi.

I am sleeping partner of a small car wash / detailing center which my friend opened and when I free like to drop by to sembang with my friend and get free car wash.

So occasionally, we get this chap driving pre-FL BMW E90 coming in to get car wash. This chap quite like to freeload la. I mean, when he opt for a RM12 car wash, he will request us to buff off those grease and tar stains at the bottom of his car like door sill, using our polishing compound. When we recommend him to detail he will tell you his car has coating and he doesn't want to simply polish it or he is in a rush, etc.

Despite a freeloader, he makes it up by being friendly and talkative la. But one thing I cannot tahan is that dude like to sembang kencang. He goes around telling people this is his spare car la, he has a Macan which his wife is driving, participate in Sepang endurance race race, go Japan buy parts la, etc. But when we ask to show pic, he will say deleted or pic looks like he copied from Internet. When we found his Instagram and FB he don't want us to follow.

U guys got customer liddis. Blow water but don't wipe mouth like what Chinese ppl say.

My company got new female colleague and she's been with the company for almost 2 weeks now. We had lunch just now and after the main course, she ordered dessert. I didn't want so I just order latte.

When the dessert arrived, she asked for 2 spoon and ask me eat together. It was a cake so I split the cake into one small piece with my fork and ate a bit; not finished.

She then asked me if I want the last bite, and proceed to ate my left over. Do you guys think she's comfortable with me? I mean if it's my other colleague, I don't think she will share with them la.
