Hi, as per the title.

How? I've searched high and low in my account and I am not able to find this "invite code". Is there some sort of restriction or level that I need to obtain first before able to get invite code?

My friend wants to reply and ask Qs to property threads and yet, can't because there's no invite code.

Hope someone can enlighten me on the "invite code" feature. Thanks!

Renew passport MY

Hi, I plan to renew my passport (first before booking my hotels and flight) but wondering on the "if did not receive any email after 3 days, can straight go to your selected branch to collect". What is that 3 days means?

Here's an example:
Monday (today) - do ntg
Tuesday (2/8/22) - submit all relevant documents to the immigration website (assuming all green light)
Wed
Thurs
Fri (5/8/22) - is this day considered "after 3 days" or I need to wait until Saturday (6/8/22) only is considered "after 3 days"?

Just need the clarification on that "after 3 days". Thanks!

Did you guys recently keep getting calls from the UK or Hong Kong? Niama everyday spam call me dunno how many times for what fak.

I never step in Queen's land b4, I never had used any services in the UK before. HK called me once so idc.

So any /k-s also recently kena harassed by these calls? Apparently, they are brokers and want you to buy something. IDK wat they selling. Ayam mou diu end call straight away now.

The Airbus A380 is the world’s largest passenger aircraft that offers high-capacity seating with its double-deck layout. Flying on an A380 is becoming rare these days as airlines have begun phasing out the quad-jet aircraft for more fuel-efficient twin-engine aircraft like the Airbus A350 and Boeing 787.

The daily Airbus A380 flight is scheduled to start on 4th November 2021 at 8:30am for SQ 106 from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur before returning back to Singapore at 11:00am on SQ 105. Subsequently, it will operate at 6.25pm for flight SQ 126 from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and returning at 9:00pm for SQ 125 from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. At the moment, their largest aircraft for the route is the Airbus A350.

At the time of writing, a return A380 flight departing from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore on 4th November and returning to Kuala Lumpur on the next day costs RM677 on Economy Lite. If you plan the KUL to SIN trip on 5th November and returning on 7th November, it will cost you RM572 on Economy Lite as well.

For this route, Singapore Airlines are only offering economy and business class seats.

Although the 60-minute flight between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore is considered short, it isn’t the shortest commercial A380 flight in history. That honour goes to Emirates in 2019 when it previously operated the A380 between Dubai and Muscat with a flight time of about 40 minutes. At the moment, the route is serviced by a Boeing 777.

In case you missed it, Malaysia Airlines used to operate six Airbus A380 for its long haul routes including Kuala Lumpur to London. In July this year, its parent company Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) announced that it is getting rid of the A380 fleet less than 10 years since it took delivery of its first A380 aircraft. The decision was made due to the high cost of operations and it was accelerated due to the pandemic situation.

As announced by the Prime Minister, fully vaccinated Malaysians can now travel overseas and they are exempted from applying MyTravelPass. However, mandatory quarantine is still required upon return and fully vaccinated individuals can request for home quarantine. The quarantine period for fully vaccinated individuals has been reduced to 7 days.

Malaysia is starting its pilot for “test and release” protocol where selected individuals entering Malaysia may skip quarantine if they are tested negative. The pilot is currently offered to rulers, ministers, heads of states, members of Parliament and government officials, and there are plans to extend the programme for business travellers in the near future.

If you’re going to Singapore, Maxis currently offers 5G roaming on Singtel. Users can enjoy 5G data roaming at the same charge as 4G roaming and the plans start from RM29/day for unlimited use.

Before attacks of "why are you comparing 2 different segment cars?" or "why are you asking which is best? If you can afford, get the more expensive option", hear me out.

I was so intrigued by the turbo power coming from civic and it's looks, doesnt look dated at all to me.
Then, City came and the price was a little like a better financial option. Test drive both and to summarise the major differences I feel it's important to me.

1) Civic has EPB. Which I want, considering I will be keeping this car for at least 10 years down the road and by then, this car won't feel so aged by then.
2) Civic has a lower and more stable body. Can corner and fly easily with it's turbo engine as well.
3) Civic's interior looks good. Intend to drive once a month on a long journey and they have arm rest so it's good. *Oh I intend to also ferry around 2-3 adult sized (including myself) in the car at most of the time*

4) City V Spec already has LaneWatch which I feel it's better than the blind spot monitoring system.
5) City V Spec has a better and bigger infotaintment system. In contrast to Civic's 1 inch smaller and it looks, dated for that part.
6) City V Spec is of course financially better compared to Civic.
7) City V Spec already has paddle shifters.

So, which should or at least, some advice on why I should go for the one you recommend?

Please try to give me constructive answers. I do not wish to see /k style replies or mocking me for comparing Apples and Oranges. Thanks!

Current Car -> New Car

Hello sifus, I want to know something but it’s something not really google-able. Let me explain my situation.

1) I have a car now. Let’s call it V. 100% it’s mine.
2) I want to buy a new car. Deciding to transfer my NCD over to the new car. Let’s call new car V2.
3) In my case, V2 now has my full NCD while V1 doesnt anymore. But I want to keep the car for another few more months before one of my family members got their driver’s licence before I put their name on V.

So during those months, what’s the status of V? Assuming that V’s annual fees (insurance n roadtax) expires in December. Do I need to pay the NCD difference of V when I transfer to V2? Can V be ownerless but V is physically still @ my house?

Hope sifus here could understand my situation.

Macbook Pro 13" or 16"

As per title but I want to elaborate more before people come bashing at me.

I do not know to post this poll in Apple Byte or CodeMasters but since it's mainly hardware, I come here.
I know there's tons of other great Windows machines that can easily beat out Macbooks but I really want a Macbook.
I know I can just install Linux and the terminal works exactly as the MacOS's but there's something here that Linux doesn't, MacOS.
I'm starting to learn up app dev and I need to use a MacOS for compiling the app for iOS/other Apple OS-es.

What I'm doing right now is doing some freelance web app devs and soon to integrate mobile app itself to the web app. So the idea of needing a MacOS is quite crucial to create an Apple app. (Pushing to Testflight and App Store)

Before also bashing me to go with the Air, let me clarify on why I would like the Pro.
1) Better cooling
2) Web apps can be a little demanding on hardware side, so I need something more powerful than the Air.

Do let me know why you choose your poll answer. If possible, do tell me too on which specs do you recommend me to go with more. Thanks!

*of course I would prefer someone with some coding background to help me answer this but anyone can chip in their thoughts.

Integrating paypal + webhook

So I'm trying to integrate my web app with Paypal payment gateway for them to subscribe to my service for a fee but I seem to be stuck with some problems.

Just so you know, I'm on Laravel Framework.

This is the intended flow.
1) Users get to choose a subscription or a monthly payment.
2) Once users choose their plan, they proceed to pay.
3) Once they have paid, they can gain full access.

So far, I'm done with the payment. As in the user can be directed to Paypal and be paid to the exact amount that I've intended them to pay and if they choose the subscription, Paypal is able to charge them monthly or yearly according to the subscription. I'm returned with the Order and Subscription ID.

Sounds easy and I'm stuck right? Well, here's where I am stuck at.

1) For subscription basis, I am supposed to charge them for instance, USD99/yearly and I need to capture the returned response from Paypal. Apparently this is done with webhook. I've searched high and low what is webhook and I can't get it to work/understand. Please someone can teach me in layman's term what is webhook and how to "trigger" it.
2) There's a trial plan which I need to do the usual which is charging them USD1 and then cancel the order but I can't seem to do it as it says I need a capture ID but I do not have it anywhere.

Confused and stucked

First of all, I am a guy, 23 and don't give me answers like "you are still young" etc etc.

So, I recently met a girl, (HT) (20 years old) that I really fell in love with but the only issue is that she's not living near me right now (another state, about 4hrs drive from me) as she's still persuing her studies. But because of my past relationship, I really want to get to know her more first before jumping into a relationship.

The issue is that, there's a guy (A) also have the intention of chasing her. He's buff, tall (mind you she's the same height as me, so this is a big advantage for him) and have 2 named franchised opened (said so). But the funny thing is that this guy has some background issues. This is what HT told me after they went out on their first lunch date.

1) Her friend's boyfriend told HT to actually to be careful of A as A has Tinder in his phone and plays with it often.
2) A told HT that he never had a gf b4 but based on his looks and good academics, it's hard to believe that no one is at least after him, or at least try to go for him.
3) Out of nowhere, A asked HT if she's ever been to a high class hotel. I mean, who asked that?
4) A only appears to talk(social media chat) to HT only to discuss the next place for a date. Other times, A's MIA.
5) HT politely asked him to drop by an event she had. A said sure and, he never came nor text HT that he can't make it. Not even a single word till today.
6) HT's friends say that they do see him around campus but HT says she never see him b4. Only sees him during club meeting.
7) HT says that he's a very hardworking(study) person and that's why maybe she dont see him around. But isn't it funny that she doesn't see him anywhere but her friends do?
8) (bonus) The funny thing is that, A is going to the UK around April next year and coming back in Sept while HT is going in Sept. Why is this guy still after her if he knows that their future is so? I know it's a little contradicting to my case but as I said, I really want to know her first before jumping into anything more special with her.

I am not ill-fating them but I seem to pretty worry that this guy is just out for her cat. She did say that she's a little worried for their 2nd date and as a friend, I do cautioned her too.

Anyways, I managed to ask her what is her ideal kind of boyfriend or husband. She says she of course wants someone that is tall, smart etc etc (the usual) but then she also mentioned that as long that both must converse well, others doesn't matter to her, which me and her is getting along pretty well while she told me the other guy is a little, anxious. It could be him acting right?

I really like her and I kind of confessed to her recently but I confessed in the way that I told her that I wanna get to know her more first before starting anything if it's possible. I did tell her also that if she feels that this guy is the one, then go for it as I respect her. She took it in a very chill way and she still talks to me till this day.

Why, you ask that I must go for someone like her? Of course, she's pretty and smart but she's something very different. For sure, one is that she make me want to learn how to cook. My exes, I never had this feeling or initiative eventhough that they told me that they would really love it if I were to cook for them. And another, bedding her isn't anymore of my like top priority. I really want her as in to just love her. Usually and previously, anyone I've gone through, all I could think of is to love, show for care, bed but with HT, I wan to love, show for care, be with her at all times, live a happy and loving life together. So, that's why I feel that she's just giving me a different aura and I really really love it. Plus, she's super positive as well. Anything I see as a negative, she turns it around for me and tells me to look at the positive side or just look the other way. I don't really like anymore if someone was there to just act as if they really support me. I want someone with another POV, volunterily without me asking. HT just fits all of it.

I just want to know what should I do. Should I be worried about that guy? What other kind of advancements or next steps should I take?

Do ask me questions if you have doubts as I might have left an info or 2 around. I will answer them all, honestly.
