            <title>Maxis screwed up Log-In credentials</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4523824</link>
<description>I have recently changed my micro SIM into a NANO sim at the Maxis Pavilion branch KL. At that stage, they have also updated my revised passport number against my HOTLINK phone number. Whilst trying to log in into MyHotlink, I was confronted with the message &amp;quot; We have upgraded Maxis Online ID etc.&amp;quot; After some trial and error, it turned out that my original log-in e-mail address is still connected to my old passport number. Using a different log-in e-mail (not preferred) and my new passport number, I can comfortably log-in. I seek the services of HOTLINK customer services to update their records such that I can log-in against my own e-mail address. Addressing this issue by e-mail to customer services did NOT result in any initiative. May I hope that this FORUM is read by HOTLINK Customer Services and that the issue can be resolved.</description>
