Will it be better IF I re-loan my car loan?

I bought a Kenari 4 years ago and I get a 9 years loan during that time due to my financial matters. Every month I pay around RM520 for my car loan. I knew that loan for 9 years interest rate is higher than 7 years.

Nowadays, me and my husband pay are getting better....So, would like to seek for advices will it better to re-loan my car so that i can shorten my car loan period? I still have 5 more years to pay for car loan...maybe can ask for re-loan to get a lower interest rate...?? Would like to understand further how will it work....

Thanks!
