Hi,

I got a friend asking for money because of he told me his family got admitted to hospital and require some money for operation. However I'm not too keen that it's true or not. Can I call hospital and verify or there's specific law that hospital could not expose any patient data?

Hi Guys,

Currently my company going to implement 24/7 for IT Developer and support team.
Now i need survey on what's the market rate at the moment and how it calculation.

so far i found there's couple type of calculation
1. per week standby (monday - sunday) with a static rate (example 1 week standby RM150-600)
2. per hour rate standby calculation (weekday up to 15 hour, weekend/public holiday 24 hour) (rate can be from RM3-10)

i also wanted to ask how about standby on public holiday is it double/triple or normal rate.

is working during that already paid in standby rate able to charge Overtime? or claimable via extra AL?
