bought the 3.5gb+61gb free for RM 4.00 but i only receive the 3.5 gb

I tried buying a new pass but i got a message "Maaf, status akaun Hotlink anda tidak aktif, Tambah nilai & cuba sekali lagi." I've just top up yesterday. When i check my balance using #122* it says "The service is not available before registration" but on Hotlink RED the balance is there. I've used my phone number 3 years now so has it expired?

Steam wallet top up code failed to deliver

I top up RM10 steam wallet code and i got a message "Sorry, we are unable to deliver the Game Code, please call Maxis at 123 for assistance."
and it also uses the top up ticket.

This happen once but i didn't get any message.

I've seen others also have this issue , Is it gonna get resolve?
