Need help late renewal of insurance + roadtax

hi all.

i forget renew my road tax and insurance in time may i know what the penalty/cause will be charge?
because the i didn't receive the statement and notification from etiqa agency ty i forget nearly 1 and half month

Hotlink, divert call number cannot remove

i'm having problem remove the divert call number from hotlink... even i using SE or Nokia still can't solve my problem to remove it at phone setting... is there anyware to remove it... i belive it store in my simcard?

help need it
