Intel E7500 Core 2 Duo issue

Hey guys,

I just bought this duo core, with a new motherboard (GB G31M-S2L). Everything's okay but when I open up my task manager, I only can see 1 CPU usage graph in it.

Already checked on 1 Graph Per CPU and still no difference. In CPUZ, there's only 1 core. Mobo already setup to multi cores. All drivers are up to date.

Running on Windows XP, not freshly installed though, brought over from my old PC. I just installed Vista and it works okay, I see 2 cores up and running. So other than reinstalling XP, what are the other solutions?
