Am I fked? Agent and house owner ignoring me

It's been going on for 3 months. Agent keep saying owner will transfer money but until now nothing. Now they won't pick up my call.

The problem I have is agent even ignored my request for signed tenancy agreement, giving excuses like covid etc and my fault not pushing him on that. Now I don't have any written contract about my rent other than Whatsapp messages.

I and am so close to just wreck havoc at the owner's house, but wondering if there's a more easier solution.

Any idea?

Bukan ka Putin sendiri bagi alasan nak invade Ukraine untuk denazification. Rusia dgn Israel tu bukan ke big ally.

Both promises the world before you sign/vote for them. Once settled, all poof gone.
Both will annoy you with unwanted advert and campaign, shoving their face around our feed.

99% of them are like that. It's a miracle if we can find honest agent/politician.
The difference is politician job is to lie to whole country, agent just need to lie to one person at a time.

Recently went to a used car dealer. We negotiate a price and settled on 62k OTR including insurance and road tax.

I said that I want to make a 30k DP so he applied for me 32k loan.

I asked him does that mean that the loan include insurance? He said yes. Originally he calculated the insurance at 2k, so I asked him what about NCD discount? If insurance is below or over the quoted amount then how?

He answered that later I will buy insurance from bank, so if there are any deduction, bank will pay me back. The loan amount wont change.

Does this make sense? I thought we only take bank loan for car value only.

First time thinking of buying used so not familiar with used car dealer tactics, if any.

Hogh spec Android Player

Thinking of upgrading my car's old HU to a nice Android player.
I think a good spec 4+64gb one should cost less than 1000 including installation, but will it stay usable after a few years?

Because at the same time I am thinking better get those branded Sony, Kenwood, Pioneer Android Auto/Carplay HU for longevity and dependability.

Any good Android player with a good reputation and brand? Most that I see advertised are those chinese no name one only.

2019 Used Captur vs New Ativa

Is Captur worth the buy compared to new Ativa?
Is the comfort, build quality and driving experience much better as it was originally a 100k car?

As checked, the service maintenance for Captur is around 50% more than Ativa (4k vs 2k for 3 year period). Seems acceptable for me if the total experience is noticeably better.
Does Renault parts hard to find?

Not to mention that the used Captur will only have limited warranty while the new Ativa will have 5 years warranty.

No need mechanical keys. As long as it can be typed comfortably then it's fine.
Must have Numpad.
Must have backlit. No need to be fancy with RGB lighting.
Suitable to use in office, so preferably don't want those that are too loud.
Bonus if it's a mouse and keyboard combo.
Budget preferably below 300 MYR, but if no choice can go up as long as it can last a long time.

Is there a product like this available in Malaysia?

I am almost 30 years old malay
She is 25 years old chinese

We are ex-colleagues who still keep in touch through social media and text often. Sometimes I initiate, sometimes she initiated it.

Now I have developed some sort of feeling more than friend to her, even though I know its quite impossible for it to be reciprocated since there are age, race, religion differences.

I like to still be friend with her at least but at the same time I feel like I cannot move on with my life.

Should I just bite the bullet and tell her so there will be an ending to this stupid story? I don't think if/when she rejects, I can continue talking to her about some trivial stuff anymore since we are no longer co-worker.

Now that I think about it, why can I talk to my other friends about stupid shit for so long without any awkwardness. So weird.

I tried using dating app to get partner, but while I got some matches, its hard for me to not judge people by their appearance even though its not like my crush is super beautiful, she is cute but just normal kind.
Of course myself also average face only imo so who am I to judge.

Retrenched but need to train new hire

So I am not actually the one who was retrenched but instead the new joiner in this company.

Previously they have the business in SG but due to cost, the company decided to move to MY.
I will be trained by those staff that was retrenched in SG, but tbh I feel conflicted about this.

If I am in their position, I don't think I will be able to train people that took away my job as well.
And I also worry that their emotion is unstable and I cannot ask too many questions.

Is this normal practice? Anyone has similar experience?

Impression of each models. Each models that I have actually see has good enough picture in my eyes with certain exception.

Samsung 50" TU8000 (1.9k) : Easy to use UI but not using Android TV. No chromecast.
Samsung 50" TU8500 (2.2k) : Color looks a bit better than TU8000 when compare youtube video side by side.
Sony 49" X75H (2.3k) : Android TV feels snappy.
Sony 49" X80H (2.5k) : Got Dolbyvision. expensive for a entry level tv?
Panasonic 50" hx655 (2k) : Good normal 4k TV with snappy android. A bit traumatic with Skyworth made TV though
TCL 50" C716 (2.5k) : Never actually see it but QLED quantum dot sounds high tech
TCL 50" P8S (2.2k) : Never actually see it. Not sure about TCL Malaysia quality
LG 49" UN7200 (1.9k) : Looks okay from brief watching. not sure if got anything special. No android TV
LG 50" UN7300 (2.1k) : Same as above
Hisense 50" A7400F (1.7k) : Cheapest of the bunch. Spec looks perfect but when actually try, Android TV is laggy, picture looks washed
Sharp 50" 4TC50BK1X (2k) : Not really take a deep look since not sure of quality

Hi, I saw in Dell's website that the new Inspiron 14 5000 with 11th Gen tiger lake is available. Is this the first cheap/midrange laptop with this CPU to be available in Malaysia?

Should I grab it now or wait for other choices?
And how is Inspiron 14 inch 2 in 1 in terms of build quality etc? Quite hard to find a proper review.

I need to buy my first ever laptop, and decided on a portable convertible, since I don't care much about PC gaming. Looking at reviews, the 2020 AMD Ryzen 5 HP x360 13 inch seems like a good fit, but I cannot find any in stock searching through the internet.

Anyone know where can I buy one? Preferably if the shop is in PJ area then I can go pick it up.

Do tell if got any other suggestion in similar price range.

Hi, recently my banker has been promoting me Takaful Future Smart by FWD.
You pay monthly contribution for 5 years and will get protection for 25years.

Besides the guaranteed benefit on the event of death or TPD, it will also give you Non-guaranteed benefits based on the investment performance (last 5 years is around 4% gross).

The fees is quite expensive and during those 5 years, need to put in considerable amount of money for a substantial protection.

Do you think this is a good plan, or its better to take a separate life insurance and invest the money elsewhere
