US bout to go war with Venezuela

The Trump administration has already made the decision to strike military facilities inside Venezuela and attacks could take place at any time now, according to a new report.

The strikes seek to "decapitate the hierarchy" of the Cartel de los Soles, which U.S. officials claim is ran by top members of the Maduro regime, the Miami Herald claimed. The outlet cited officials saying they believe cartel exports amount to 500 tons of cocaine every year.

Sources didn't tell the outlet whether Maduro is a target, but warned that his time is running out. "Maduro is about to find himself trapped and might soon discover that he cannot flee the country even if he decided to," one of them said.

"What's worse for him, there is now more than one general willing to capture and hand him over, fully aware that one thing is to talk about death, and another to see it coming."

The Wall Street Journal also reported on Friday that President Donald Trump has been presented with a list of potential strikes inside Venezuela.

The outlet detailed that the targets are considered nexus between the Nicolas Maduro regime and drug-trafficking organizations, including the Cartel de los Soles. They include military ports and airports, as well as naval facilities and airstrips.

The outlet noted that Trump hasn't made a final decision yet, but he has publicly suggested the current military campaign would go from conducting strikes against alleged drug boats in the ocean to others in land.

The focus of the escalation, it added, would be to convince Maduro to step down. "The President is prepared to use every element of American power to stop drugs from flooding into our homeland," White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly told the WSJ in a statement.

Hi everyone, would like to ask generally what brand of Milk do you use for latte or any other milk based coffee drinks?

Lately, I've been thinking of switching from normal milk to barista milk. Normally I would just buy lotus or Dutch lady brand full cream milk and use it for my latte. I've been wondering all these time is there any differences between the two? Saw online people comparing barista milk will taste more balanced and normal milk will overpower the coffee and thus made the coffee more sour. Other than that I can't really find any more info. Have anyone can taste the difference?

Cause from time to time I saw cafes or coffee chain store they will also only use normal milk like farm fresh brand to make latte/cappuccino etc.

Sanae Takaichi set to become Japan's first female prime minister

Japan's ruling conservative party has elected Sanae Takaichi as its new leader, positioning the 64-year-old to be Japan's first female prime minister.

Takaichi is among the more conservative candidates leaning to the ruling party's right. A former government minister, TV host and avid heavy metal drummer, she is one of the best known figures in Japanese politics - and a controversial one at that.

She faces many challenges, including contending with a sluggish economy and households struggling with relentless inflation and stagnant wages.

She will also have to navigate a rocky US-Japan relationship and see through a tariff deal with the Trump administration agreed by the previous government.

If confirmed as prime minister, one of Takaichi's key challenges will be uniting the party after a turbulent few years which saw it rocked by scandals and internal conflicts.

Last month, Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, whose term lasted just over a year, announced he would step down after a series of election defeats that saw the Liberal Democratic Party's (LDP) governing coalition lose its majority in both chambers of parliament.

Prof Jeff Kingston, director of Asian Studies at Temple University in Tokyo, told the BBC that Takaichi was unlikely to have "much success at healing the internal party rift".

Takaichi belongs to the "hardline" faction of the LDP, which believed that "the reason the LDP support has imploded is because it lost touch with its right-wing DNA", he added.

"I think she's in a good position to regain the right wing voters, but at the expense of wider popular appeal, if they go into a national election."

Takaichi has been a long-time admirer of Britain's first female prime minister, Margaret Thatcher. She is now ever closer to fulfilling her Iron Lady ambition.

But many women voters don't see her as an advocate for progress.

"She calls herself Japan's Margaret Thatcher. In terms of fiscal discipline, she's anything but Thatcher," Prof Kingston said.

"But like Thatcher she's not much of a healer. I don't think she's done much to empower women."

Takaichi is a staunch conservative who's long opposed legislation allowing women to keep their maiden names after marriage, saying it is against tradition. She is also against same sex marriage.

A protégé of the late former leader Shinzo Abe, Takaichi has vowed to bring back his economic vision, known as Abenomics – which involves high fiscal spending and cheap borrowing.

The LDP veteran is hawkish on security and aims to revise Japan's pacifist constitution.

She's also a regular visitor of the controversial Yasukuni shrine where Japan's war dead including some convicted war criminals are memorialised.

She will likely be confirmed by parliament, although not automatically like her predecessors because the ruling party is in a much weaker position now having lost its majority in both houses.

Questions about selling sdn bhd shares

Hi guys, I have a question regarding of selling my family business sdn bhd private shares. I will probably lawyer up next year but before that i would like to have some insights. If there is any lawyer that can answer my question I will be very grateful.

Here's the story-
My father has passed away for years now but under his will, me and my brother are the owner of the private shares. The current problem is we are no longer in contact with my father side of relatives ever since he passed away and my mom are also not having a good relationship with them and has completely cut off communication. But every year the company did sent us the financial report and the notice of annual general meeting (though we never attend even once due to the reason above). Honestly the shares that my father used to hold may seems not a lot to the company but still it is a lot of money. We have not once received any dividend payouts as well throughout the years.

The shares we're holding right are completely useless to us. In this case, we would like to sell them back to the company or existing shareholders (which are my uncles). I am aware of some of the options that we have such as Offer to Existing Shareholders, Sell Back to the Company (Share Buyback), Bring in a New Investor etc. If all the options above fail and the company refuses to buy or there is no buyer at all, are there any chance that the lawyer can sort of force the company to buy back the shares?

Also, if possible can the lawyer help us settle everything from his side as me and my mom would don't want to have any interaction with the family at all. They are very toxic and shitty people.

Or are there any better options to pursue?

EDIT- we own around 10% of the stocks and it's a profitable company.

Thursday fever, Friday morning do blood test at clinic confirm dengue, clinic write letter ask me to admit to hospital immediately .

At first hospital say no need since still early stages but after second time blood test my platelets drop way too fast. Until this moment still drop bit by bit. Lucky just fever and nothing else, no sore throat etc. Kena cucuk 3 times per day, now scare of needles @@

Hopefully can heal fast and go home soon, really hate in hospital. Lonely and boring. Last I kena dengue was 10+ years ago and not as serious as this.
