Suggest pc spec for watch 1080p

Want a suggestion for watching full hd 1080p pc specification on Dell S2409W

Just recommend me suitable mobo,proc & gc.

For gc, prefer if have hdmi slot for s2409w.
If no hdmi slot, will have any difference if use dvi to hdmi converter?

Just list for low (<RM500) & middle (<700) spec.

when i burn avi+srt (no soft/hardsub) & play in my cap ayam brand dvd player, the subtitle are very small.

i planning to buy divx certified player, just want to ask u guys who have divx certified player, does these happen? or u guys use software like sub2divx to configure the subtitle size/colour?

in the first screen, it show as above, then hang.

may i know what is the problem? is it proc die?
