Hi there,

I have a friend bought a house and he signed an agreement to purchase form. However, he used cheque to pay for the deposit. Later, he cancelled the cheque because he found out that house is not a good location. Is it possible for the owner or vendor to sue the buyer ? Thank you.

Hi guys, anyone interested to rent a shoplot in Kuching? The mall will become a hits as there are buses dropping by and since this lot is nearby escalator and a plus point with Grand supermarket opens just next to the shoplot. Escalator is nearby as it takes visitors to this shoplot. Anyone interested please pm me for further clarifications or enquiries. Should rental is too expensive, we can always negotiate.

High acceleration but no power

My saga LMST eventhough already accelerated to max, seems no power and you can feel the flow of of the driving is not smooth..I am not sure whats happening and any sifu here can help?

Agency problem

Currently, there is this Indian agency where I work doesnt seem like paying me. When I asked the director about my claims approval, he gave a certain dates.When i asked his collegue, he gave excuses after some time of the approval. They delayed my payment of the last 2 months on claims. They have singapore branch but not in Malaysia so they partnered with another company. My salary is released by the partner. Has anyone out there having the same problem? How do i claim my money back?

Hi guys,

Which car service center is good around PJ area or Wangsa? I dont want to be ripped off as last few days, I have been to Michellin and they charge nearly Rm 500 ++ for change engine oil, oil filter, oil treatment, balancing, and monroe absorber for 130++ each and i got them in pairs for saga LMTS...Any idea of which spare parts to go or doesnt rip ppl ? thanks

Hi all,

Is Mas office administration intergrating with LCCT building ? Previously, there was Mas visitors taking air asia bus to LCCT and I m not sure if he checked in there. I thought if we use Mas, then we need to take a cab like 5 mins from the LCCT to KLIA ,right ? But unfortunately, I think he didnt use cab. I am abit confused. Is checking in luggage in KL central and take ERL direct to KLIA a good idea or I should take ERL all the way to KLIA to check in there ? Thank q.

Hello All,

Just asking what brand of brake fluid, power steering fluid, Coolant you guys are using for the latest proton saga. All i know is that the mechanic suggesting a colorless fluid for the brake and i have a friend saying that using coolant might also having the radiator getting rusty.So, he recommends the coolant that mercedes is using..Any idea???....Thanks
