WTA: Buying property off a Malay gentleman

Hi taikos / sifus,

Hope you can enlighten me on this:

- I want to purchase a property (subsale; leasehold) which is currently owned by a Malay gentleman
- He bought it off a Chinese, who is the original / first owner

Will this be a Bumi unit now? (got original SPA to prove that the first owner is Chinese)

Any issue for title transfer typically associated with buying from Bumi unit? I am non-Bumi.

Sorry if my question is noob, appreciate the help greatly before I make an offer.

Hi sifu-sifu...

My phone, a Motorola V3 with Maxis line, just popped a 'Unregistered SIM' message...

I have tried 're-booting' the phone... it went back to normal for like 3 minutes then it became 'Unregistered SIM' again with no out-going calls / SMS allowed...

I popped it into another phone and it seems fine now...

So, is the problem with the phone or the SIM card?

Sorry, super n00b question... appreciate if anyone can share if they have experienced the same problem?
