I would like to suggest new characteristics for Hotlink Internet plan, Unlimited Quota Internet Burung Hantu(1am-7am)every month & Unlimited Youtube Quota for Every Weekend with one condition, the Hotlink users must keep their account active by topup RM10 or above. It is imperative for Hotlink to strive the best as they can to survive in broadband competition with rivals then give better choice for Malaysian.

Good morning sir/madam. On last Friday 12 January, at 4:39pm I received scam mesaage from so-called bank officer claimed that I got discount for car loan & requested me to contact their office number for further information. In fact, I were never own car neither make any loan before. My name isn't Suhaimi. I attached few screenshots as solid evidence. In a conclusion, I urge you to deactivate this scammer phone number from Maxis's database for people safety.

Good morning everyone. I would like to lodge complaint about very slow download speed but extremely higher upload speed although my area is covered with Maxis 4G LTE after I done speedtest. Not to mentioned the ping are very terrible. For your information, my Hotlink FAST plan broadband quota is still available, so I ruled out quota limit factor. Apart from that, the weather is sunny day which mean the weather wasn't the culprit. According to Maxis's official website, their 4G LTE can reach average speed of 10Mbps-30Mbps & it's contrast with my speedtest result. I tested with different server to prevent bias but found out none of the server are the fault. I will attach few screenshots for you to understand better my issue.
