KUALA LUMPUR: Masalah jerebu di negara ini dijangka berlarutan hingga awal tahun depan berdasarkan cuaca panas dan kering yang berterusan, selain berlaku pembakaran, termasuk di kawasan terbuka.

having a depression moment right now and I can't seem to find a way out

googled some core reasons of why people should continue :

The Unknown Future: Tomorrow can always bring unexpected, wonderful moments you have not seen yet. = but likewise the unknown future is bleak . caregiving never stops, others had their life settled and figured out . but I'm still stuck.

Small Daily Joys: Simple things like warm food, music, nature, or pets offer quiet comfort. - Things we took for granted. But prolly seen it all.

Your Unique Impact: Your specific kindness and presence matter to people around you. - Doubt anyone or anything will notice while I'm gone, they are just around for me either for errands or money .

Change and Healing: Hard feelings shift and fade over time, and healing is possible. - stuck in calypso's island of comfortable, without any meaningful change. thought its too late to change.

Personal Growth: Every new day gives you a chance to learn, adapt, and see a new chapter - but every new day brings aging, and inevitable decay .

I envy you all who have good reason to live, like a good spouse, good kids , etc .

I'm struggling to find mine these days. I lied to myself telling me sports is the coping mechanism , but prolly its something else.

KULIM - Seorang wanita memberi alasan bekerja lebih masa (OT) kepada suaminya sebelum dicekup berkhalwat bersama rakan sekerja warga asing di sebuah rumah di sini pada Khamis.

Wanita berusia 27 tahun itu yang mempunyai dua anak berusia enam dan lapan tahun dikatakan bekerja di sebuah kilang di Kulim Hi-Tech Park, manakala pasangannya, lelaki warga China berusia 39 tahun serta berstatus bujang.

Pegawai Penguatkuasa Agama Daerah Kulim (PADK), Anwar Sharifudin Mat Saad berkata, pasangan berkenaan dicekup pegawai masjid dalam sebuah bilik di tingkat bawah rumah dua tingkat di kawasan perumahan di sini, kira-kira jam 12.40 tengah malam.

"Suami kepada wanita ini dikatakan sudah lama mengesyaki sesuatu yang mencurigakan menyebabkan dia mengekori tindak-tanduk isterinya.

"Isteri pula sering memberi alasan kena buat OT. Semasa tangkapan, suami wanita itu ada sekali membawa ibu bapa mentua," katanya.

Menurutnya, ketika disoal siasat, wanita terbabit memberi alasan datang ke rumah sewa pasangannya untuk membantu urusan kerja dalam komputer lelaki berkenaan.

Difahamkan, pasangan itu hanya berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi alih bahasa melalui telefon pintar kerana lelaki warga China terbabit tidak mahir berbahasa Inggeris.

"Semasa pemeriksaan, pegawai turut mendapati dua lagi lelaki warga China berada di tingkat atas rumah, yang juga merupakan rakan kepada lelaki tersebut," katanya.

Kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 25(a) dan (b) Enakmen Kesalahan Jenayah Syariah Kedah (EKJSK) 2014 kerana disyaki berkhalwat.sos
