Hello property sifu. Anyone here own a kebun / dusun? I have a plot of land, sitting doing nothing. Want to turn it to kebun & build one kampung house. Don't even know where to begin. Never have a kampung before.

Land is next to kampung houses / community & main road. 1.5 acres. I can visit probably every 2 weeks. Have belukar to clear and many wild boars. Aii..

Want to move & change kids school next year. Notice that some sekolah rendah have letter M behind their school name. Do you guys know what it means?

Eg:
SK Convent (1) Bukit Nanas (M),
Sekolah Kebangsaan St. John 1 (M)
Sekolah Kebangsaan La Salle (2) Brickfields (M) --> but La salle (1) no letter M behind

Hello helpful forumers,

Around 10 years ago when I just started working (and very naive), I invested in aia takaful savings because an acquaintance keep pressure me to invest something from her. I did contributed around two years, I think the contract says I suppose to contribute longer duration. At that time the monthly contribution is a lot to me as I just started working and one day I just stopped contributing. Now as I was cleaning my old statements (can't find the contract), I'm wondering if I can get back the money I contributed. I am not interested to continue with their plan, I prefer keeping my money in asb without any commitments.

Anyone have similar experience? Kindly share please.
