If money issue(tuition fee etc) wasn't a problem,what is the best university or college, you can get at malaysia?
(beside mbbs,dentistry,pharmacy degree) (and degree that wholely complete in malaysia, not need to go oversea)
sunway kl? taylor's? monash ? UM? or other?

does UOL degree,cert same as LSE uk degree?

does UOL degree, same as graduate from LSE (london school of economics) at uk? does the UOL degree bsc economic cert,have any different from the one received from LSE at UK? as in this pic,it read LSE name..

can UOL degree graduate called themself as graduate of LSE external degree programme? is UOL degree a "distance learning course" of LSE? a"subsidary/under/part of/associate of" LSE?

A level,or TARC stpm,can loan PTPTN?

want to ask, A level ,or study STPM at institute(eg.TARC stpm),can loan PTPTN? google web n ptptn website ,all don't have info,..have to ask at lowyat, hope ppl will answer my enquiry..
If can,how much is the amount ? same rate as ipta diploma rm5000/yr?

what college or university, are less racism? please share your opinion.,what college are racism;and what college that you know are,are not;..college or university shouldn't be place to have racism issue,it just, sad..

my experience,I have been study at sunway college jb,and govt community college pasir gudang. college (sunway college jb),its fine,..I can friend with malay and indian friend,and not get bully just because of my ethnic..student more open, and friendlier..
..at community college(pasir gudang), school (admin,lecturer) racism to non malay; senior student (whole institute non malay(india,orang asli,iban,chinese) not more that 15..) racism to non malay;..
its sad that, even lecturer,high educated person,do racism (during my SMK, malay teacher are kinder ppl, not racism,compare to university lecturer)..during secondary school (SMK),malay teacher malay classmate are kinder and not racism;even on the society ,real world,working world, racism are not even pronounced compare to college;..the college and society outside, is only separated by one wall,yet inside the compound of college,these occur;...during secendary school (SMK),my malay teacher malay classmate are kinder ppl; but why during college ppl become like this,its sad..some little napoleon (adminstrator,management) cause this? (cause college,a school; be more racism, compare to real world working world)..why a higher education not induce less,but more racism compare to SMK period?? what have happen?? little napoleon cause this? or..or,all, govt university college,is like this?

share your experience,what college are worth praise,..and what college are racism..let ppl knew what bad quality college been doing..

qiup university (quest university,perak),scam?

anyone know about,or study at, qiup,quest university?
planning study at qiup,and only able to study with ptptn loan..I check MQA (Malaysia qualification agency),qiup doesn't in mqa list, ie.qiup no recognize by govt, cant ptptn loan;..I call qiup,yet it say qiup approve by mqa,can ptptn loan (yet I check MQA website doesn't have QIUP!),..is qiup university, cheating,scam? or just misunderstanding?
I call MQA,but it say system havent update, cant check (malaysia govt efficency...
that is no place I can ask to verify this,..MQA fail, QIUP marketing cant be trusted, thats why i ask at here,LOWYAT,hope ppl can answer this..
so anyone know about,or study at, qiup,quest university? can degree at qiup ptpn loan ?

The reason behind sunway UC high ACCA pass rate?

Some rumor say sunway university college high ACCA passing rate was because sunway don't allow student with poor result to sit ACCA exam as sunway candidate, but as private candidate. Any people with relevant experience can share with us?
If that was true, why other school that have ACCA course don't do the same to keep high passing rate?
