Evapolar Malaysia users?

Hi guys! Recently I discovered the *smart personal air conditioner, called Evapolar, even came with second version,

PIC

EVAPOLAR REVIEW
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELbwD21-r3k

*the guy who reviewed is, known as Unbox Theraphy, lived in Toronto, Canada.

I just want to ask, is it suitable in Malaysia? with *humidity over 80%, (sometimes 70% or low, but mostly 75% and higher).
Is there anybody using it right now? Any reviews with this?

I've just read an article saying that Evapolar can cool off 5°C at Singapore, is 5°C worth it? The evapolar price is RM800-RM 1k. or more. a bit.

Well good things about this is the watts is low. Only 10w - 12w. It's really low, energy saving air cooler.

To me, this isn't air conditioner, it's more like air cooler. Which basically cool things out, not cold like air conditioner, but it might be great for personal use, like me. Because it saves up so much energy.

But we isn't really can trust the temp outside right? Our room temp will be much more hot than outside, isn't it?
With over 25°C - 28°C average in Malaysia, our room temp will surely be higher than that if we didn't open our windows, is that how it works?

So, for example, if our room temp was 27°C, with the Evapolar cooler, it could cools down our place until 22°C or so, is that worth it?
*note, evapolar is not suitable to cool down entire room, it is only for PERSONAL use. And energy saving device.

I just want to know if any Malaysian is using it, and consider give your honest review either recommended or not?

Thanks in advanced!
