Nvidia GeForce Forceware Driver 185.81

This is a beta driver supporting GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, and 200-series desktop GPUs.

New in Release 185.81:

Adds support for the new GeForce GTX 275 GPU.
Adds support for CUDA 2.2 for improved performance in GPU Computing applications. See CUDA for more details.
Expands GPU hardware acceleration for the NVIDIA Video Encoding library to GPUs with less than 32 cores. Applications using this library include CyberLink PowerDirector 7, Nero Move it 1.5, Loilo SuperLoiloScope MARS, and CyberLink MediaShow Espresso.
Accelerates performance in several 3D applications. The following are examples of improvements measured with Release 185 drivers vs. Release 182 drivers (results will vary depending on your GPU, system configuration, and game settings):
Up to 25% performance increase in The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
Up to 22% performance increase in Crysis: Warhead with antialiasing enabled
Up to 11% performance increase in Fallout 3 with antialiasing enabled
Up to 14% performance increase in Far Cry 2
Up to 30% performance increase in Half-Life 2 engine games with 3-way and 4-way SLI
Up to 45% performance increase in Mirror’s Edge with antialiasing enabled
Automatically installs the new PhysX System Software version 9.09.0408.

Existing Support:

it's a first person shooter develope by brainbox games
it has single player story mode and multiplayer too
the story event seems to be happening in a school dorm

Wheelman is an upcoming driving game developed by Midway Studios Newcastle and published by Ubisoft and Midway Games for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows.

Gameplay feature
The game is set in an open ended world modeled after Barcelona, full of destructable objects, alleyways, shortcuts through office blocks and a total of 31 story missions and 105 side missions. While most missions are driving-oriented there are also foot missions which are played from a third person and incorporated a cover system similar to the one used in Gears of War.
Wheelman is set in a virtual map of Barcelona, according the official game site. The game includes numerous locales modeled after real monuments, neighborhoods, and buildings:

Among the vehicles used by Milo Burik in the game is the Pontiac G8,[2] shown in released trailers for Wheelman. Reports[3] also indicate that the Saturn Astra will be a drivable vehicle.

The protagonist, Milo Burik (a digitized Vin Diesel), is a driver who comes out of his retirement to save a woman from his past which leads him to Barcelona, Spain, and right into the middle of a gang war.[4]

Another much hyped MMORPG has apparently share the same fate as Hellgate : London.
This is one of the biggest blow to NCSoft in the century as the game has gone 6 years of costly developement,
and failed to achieve critical mass, selling just over 61,000 copies at US and also the man behind this game
Richard Garriott has also abruptly resigned from his post to pursue new interest....

samsung dvd writer sh-203d disc reading problem

I'm currently using samsung dvd writer sh-203d and i'm having a quite wierd issue
that is whenever i put in the disc for the first time, the drive cannot detect the disc
then i have eject the tray then close back then the 2nd time only it can detect the
disc. It happens to every disc i have try, whether it's movie or games or data disc.
Anybody having this kind of issue that can shed some light ??? I know it's not a big
problem but it's kinda annoying

Does anyone having this problem???
graphical lag every few minutes after the 1.01 patch
i haven't got this problem before that and i have tried
everything i could like setting all the graphic to the lowest
but the problem still persist...
its like having severe framerate drop in a few minutes then back to normal,
and it's keep on repeating every few minutes,
now i know that my pc meets all the requirement
CPU intel core 2 duo E4600
XFX8600GT 256MB with latest nvidia driver 178.13
4GB Memory ram
running at windows xp sp3

anyone that have a solution to share would be a great help thanks

about ram capacity showing in system properties

I have just recently customize a new rig, and bought 2pcs of 2X1GB DDR2 nVidia SLI ready ram, the bios boot up screen shows that my ram is in its correct capacity 4GB, but when i checked at the system properties in windows, it just show 3.25GB??? i wonder why theres a huge different??? anyone have any ideas??
