Question regarding crypto tax

Hi i am aware our malaysian government have come up with guidelines for crypto , i have went thru a few but it seems they are still vague.

As I am aware capital gains are not taxed (basically HODLERS) , but trading is taxed . The question is how many trades are considered trading ?
The next question is , what if I am trading BTC-USDT , ETH-USDC and did not touch MYR ? Are these trades included ?

What if i am trading shitcoins like pepe/shib on Uniswap and the trading pair is ETH/PEPE ?

Hi I would like to get some opinion from fellow malaysians regarding this business

I am thinking of setting up a company that stakes Ether , I have my own ether to begin with . It is basically like bitcoin mining company but in this case is Ethereum staking. Anyone with mining company in malaysia can share their views ?

Profit comes from the staking rewards , and after setting up , probably can further expand to help people to stake in smaller amounts or help people stake from home.

Would appreciate your opinions , pros and cons , is this viable ? Compared to lets say i just stake at home myself without the business side.

What are you guys opinion on putting up your crypto for loans and earn interest , blockfi earns up to 8.6% interest per annum . Im sure there are risks , but it seems safe enough for me after reading up a little and i am only putting $300 in there to test out first.

Not for gaming but general work purpose so specs can compromise.

coinbase account in malaysia

Greetings all , since luno is down currently ,
I want to know whether anyone here has experience using Coinbase with singaporean bank for trading ?
Without residing/working in singapore or having singapore telephone.

We have plenty of relatives and friends in singapore but it would be a hassle to bug them for multiple transactions.

Edit : Any advise on opening singapore bank account if I am not working in sg or have anything to do there . iSavvy Maybank looks viable.
