Hi, anyone can share their experience registered RHB online banking?

I watched the YouTube video by RHB but many people complaint that they couldn't proceed

I also figured that the RHB website requires user to key in Staff ID for registration

I am busy and couldn't personally visit the RHB bank

Got 2 new staffs newly joined as temporary position which also can be considered as probation period

So we can see one quite performed and the other not so

The manager whatshapp one of the colleague to ask if the performing temporary staff interested to convert into permanent position

The colleague then asked the performing temporary staff at the presence of the not so performed temporary staff

I wonder if this is professionalism

I hope the colleague not did it on purpose to "motivate" the staff as he looked demotivated

What's your thoughts on this issue?
