My Apartment cost RM16500 and i loan about RM148500 (after deduct 10% downpayment)

For Bank Side,

Legal Fees, Valuation fees, Stamp duty of loan agreement need pay around RM4500 - RM5000

For Lawyer Side ( Laywer fees & S&P & Stamp Duty )
The laywer told me the stamp duty will have 50% discount for this year...she total charge me RM3650

Total i need pay RM8k+ ??

Is it true??? because i abit confuse because Loan there need to pay stamp duty...... then for lawyer there need to pay stamp duty.....

I bought a Dell Inspiron 1410 laptop last week and installed Window XP, until know i still cant find the Audio driver for it.. anyone have it? please help.... I have tried chat with Dell technical support, but they ask me to install window vista.

problem is I installed Window XP, I cant install the Audio Driver, Because the Driver CD is for Window Vista only (but some of the driver can be install in Window XP)
