Hi,

I do not understand how to profit from house investment

For an example,
I bought a house RM200k with downpayment 10%
90% loan from the bank (loan duration for 30 years)
So total I need to pay for the house is loan + interest = 325K

If after 10 years, I would like to sell off the house,
is that means I need to sell at the price higher than 325K
to gain the profit ?
