Need opinion for Civil/structural/site issue

Hi everyone

I come across one under construction project that within my preference. But there is one thing that I am concerned about mainly because the developer/main contract did not performed well in their past projects (very bad workmanship...delay etc.).

As per attached photos, one side (taller one) of the building is almost completed at top and recently the construction for another side (shorter one) started. Part 1 and 2 are connected each other based on the floor plan (sharing walls with units and lift shaft).

Wonder any civil / structural folks that could help to answer my concern below.

>> Will there be any cracks /structural concern if the building is built this way?

Many thanks in advance.

I hit a car....What should I do?

I hit a car from behind in a busy road this morning.

The driver in front did not stop (apparently, there was a bang sound/impact) and continued his/her journey.

My query is can i log a police report after work (5.30 pm)? OR i should go report now? I'm in the office currently.

My car is significantly affected but the front car was kinda okay, maybe some paint peel off.

Thank you for the reply.
