MOBO problem or GPU

Hi sifu, currently I faced a problem on my pc.
Here my story :

My PSU was burst before I got this problem. After I got back warranty and change my PSU, my problem appeared. For now, when I press the power button, my PC was on for a second or less and then it when down. I tried to unplug everything and test which one was faulty. Everything still running and spinning until I plugged in my GPU.

I tho it was GPU problem. So I bought a second hand GPU. Until then, the problem still occur. But sometimes I still can start my PC (I keep on trying to turn on and off my PC). Recently I found out that, when I plug on the power for GPU, the problem occurs. When it unplug it, the PC turn on.

My PC spec is under my signature.

Can any sifu help out？
