Check online that person who got blacklisted cannot reapply or whatever because of abusing the use of card ie. giving them to another person who not eligible. Back to why am I renewing again is because that I failed to renew it over two weeks, I have already been long past renewing my card because I doens&#39;t sit mrt much after I graduated from my A level when my expired date passed which is on end of april, so I used it as casual tng passing tolls and going anywhere by using it. I enrolled into my degree in september and waited for 2 weeks to get my confirmation letter to renew it, when I fully prepared all documents to renew the concession card , my card is verified but when I try to renew it , it failed, it keep getting error and call me to retry. So I contacted support, their fb and wherever I can to trouble shoot my problem, the support thinks it is a verification problem so they call me to send my detail to them to update it into their system. I waited 5 working days and still got error when I submit my documents, so I contacted their fb and send a screenshot to them, all they do is call me change browser (ie and firefox, and i did use firefox but not ie because i use mac) and when it still fail i contacted them again and telling them i use mac, they told me to use a pc instead , so i do so and still failed.Frustrated , I wrote to the support again but this time I told them I use pc and mac and keep failing to renew but they never reply. Mind that all these while I paid for full price travelling from sg jernih interchange to lrt at pasar seni and then continue to travel to asia jaya to go to my college everyday which is very costly for me, but mind that I still keep using my card for tolls and sometimes i use it to pay for stuffs which accept tng. I didn&#39;t check clearly if there is any incoming vehicle and cross the road and I ran into an incoming motor which is clearly my fault as there is not a zebra line and also it is my fault to cross the road directly without looking around first. I am minorly hurt as the motorist fell down and hurt more than I am hurt(his hand and ear bleed as I remembered). His motor break pedal also bend. He called his friends and they arrive shortly after. They told me it&#39;s ok as I was keep saying sorry. I am so blur that time that I forgot to get their contact. They leave shortly after his friends said to him that the break pedal is fixable. They told me it&#39;s ok but as I got back to my home my mind becomes clear and am worry about his situation right now but doesn&#39;t have a way to contact him. Anyone know how can I find him?
