bout 30 years old, mkt value bout 250k-300k,no title as developer ran away, tenant moving out,taman sentosa klang,above are apartments, area developing now....houses are being built around there....please note deposite applies ya..

i cant afford a sports car right now tats y such proposal...n economy is gona get worst so helping out abit too...
