Burnt CDR Problem

I have several burnt CD-R. I can tell from the CDR dye color.
the CD also looks very new with no dust and scratch because it is very well kept.

but the problem is, when I try to read it at my drive (LG DVD RAM), windows identify it as an empty disc, but not with full empty space i.e (650MB), but it shows something like 342MB free space.

I'm aware that windows couldn't read the "missing" session, could anyone suggest me how to read that "missing" session.

thanks in advance!
