Exabytes Users - A warning / Discussion

Hi guys, I been using a couple of Web Hosting over the last 3 years, from ServerFreak to Exabytes, to even overseas ones like NameCheap and WebFactions. I been doing part time web development for few people and recommend them try between either ServerFreaks and Exabytes, most of my clients were quite happy with both. So when came time for me to test out a new Content Management System / show off my skills by making a site to show my clients. Exabytes was having a sale about 3-4 months ago and I taught it was good around RM80 for both domain and hosting (1gb bandwidth monthly + 1gb store, just nice for my testing).

I did something different when paying and registering for the domain + server. I borrowed my friend's credit card to pay for the service, so it ended up this site is registered under my friend's name (some details) and mine (some details) , no problems there, he doesn't mind nor do I. But the contact information used was my personal handphone number, ( I taught might as well put my phone number incase site has problems they call me ).

Flash Forward to recently.

Since Sunday, I have been receiving calls from (+60322962000, obvious a call center number as it has rooms for ext). Sunday, I got 1 call on my phone but the girl at the other end was asking for my friend's name. I didn't give my name, but I said this was not his number (my friend). Monday it happened again, another call. This time I requested who is calling, it was a company named Synovate ( googling them gets this website http://www.synovate.com/about/where/asia/malaysia.html ) and they wanted to do a survey, again I said I was not the guy (my friend) and told her not to call me back. Tuesday night I got another call from Synovate again, and again they call my phone number asking for my friend's name. Both they guy and girl said they got this info from their computers, but how did this info get into their computers.

I find it unique that the only company which I used my friend's credit card but my phone number is Exabytes. This company Synovate has this unique combination also. So either someone hacked into Exabytes and downloaded this info, or maybe some inside Exabytes is selling this info ? I don't want to jump right away and point the blame at Exabytes, I just want to know if anyone else who host with Exabytes receive calls from this company ?

If any representative from Exabytes want reply will be helpful. Thanks.

Maxis got Android Phones finally.

Finally, there are carriers in Malaysia promoting Android Devices, but boy oh boy, they seriously must be stupid? Why will a local telco company promote a USA telco company Application. Taken from:- http://www.maxis.com.my/personal/android/A...Marketplace.asp as of 30th April 2010

Maxis, must be seriously either
a) stupid, for promoting another company's application which won't work on our local devices, or
b) lazy, for just copy-pasting the application list from the original Android Marketplace.

Also by checking out here:- http://www.maxis.com.my/personal/android/Android_Phones.asp , we can see that there is up to 5 choices of Android phones, which is great, since we get more choices, but the difference between the prices that Maxis offers compare to the regular retail price is only RM400. In USA, the Motorola Milestone is 199USD (it is called the Motorola Droid there) if you buy it from Verizon Wireless with a package, which is around RM700 if you convert it using the current currency exchange rate. Here in Malaysia, we buy it with a package, is around RM1899 (original price RM2299). They really are greedy assholes. They really still dont grasp the concept of how to sell phones.

Good Mobile Internet? Why we wont have it? :P

Smartphones and MIDs (Mobile Internet Device, like Tablets) are becoming an ever increasing thing in most people lives, just like how every tom, d*** and henry owns a mobile phone in the present, every tom, d*** and henry will be owning smartphones in the future. I am sure most tech-analysis will concur to this, hardly anyone will disagree.

Let's look at what can be achieved with most smartphones in general:-
a) Listen/Stream music or radio stations online (sometimes even PodCast)
b) Have your instant messenger on (GoogleTalk, MSN/WindowsLive or even Yahoo Messenger)
c) Surfing news websites
d) Updating Social Networking statuses (Facebook, Twitter, FourSquare, Myspace, etc)
e) Watching/Streaming a video
f) Uploading multimedia captured from phone (Video + Pictures)
g) Check Google Maps for directions or Navigations
h) or even maybe playing some social networking / multi-player games.

Here is the problem, most of these things need an Internet Connection, and in Malaysia not everywhere there is free WiFi available (unless you are pro in WEP cracking, since most people still use WEP here). To put it bluntly, to truly enjoy a smartphone you really must have 3G/Mobile Internet access.

There are basically 3 major players in Malaysia, which are Maxis (www.maxis.com.my), Digi (www.digi.com.my) and Celcom (www.celcom.com.my). All 3 of them offer 3g / Mobile Broandband services, but all 3 are charging the earth for it. They charge around RN68-99 for a 3GB Limit. (or maybe around 5gb, depending on package). The average working salary for a degree holder is around RM2500, and around RM2000 is already spent on basic necessities. Most people have around RM500 or less to spend on entertain stuff like Mobile Broandband (since they already most likely have Internet in their homes which is also around RM99/month).

About the bandwidth quota, 3-5gb is considered little if you actually use most of it's features. Listening to MP3s online will easily take up 28mb minimum, and watching a 20 minute video on youtube will be easily 60mb. Assuming you use your mobile internet about 3-4hrs a day, you will already be using up your monthly quato with ease. I am all about having a quota to ensure fair usage and no abuses, but atleast make it a decent 10-20gb will be fine no complaints.

So now 2 questions pops to one's mind, why is the limit so low (3-5gb) and why is the cost so high (RM60-99). The answer is simple, Money, money and money. Lets review how telecommunication companies make money.
a) Charging you for making phone calls
b) Charging you for sending SMS
c) Charging you for sending MMS
d) Charging you to make video calls
e) Charging you for Data Plans (Mobile Internet/3g services)

By allowing you to have a decent mobile internet service for a cheap price, the telcos will be losing out on chance to DRAIN your cash. Why would you using SMS, when you can easily Instant-Message your friend, why would you make calls (voice or video) using their expensive service when you can use free stuff like Skype or Google Voice (if both people have the service, the call is free, Skype and Google Voice only charges you for making calls to regular numbers/ people not on their service). Telcos will becoming the next Internet Service Providers, they provide the service but we will be using other people's programs/service (just like what you do on a regular computer, I mean how many people use their default ISP's email, most will use GMail or Hotmail).

This is something all MAJOR telecommunication companies want to avoid. They are afraid that their old business model than they have invested in will die out and they will do ANYTHING to keep it from happening. Do you really think they care about making the user's happy? Everyone of them just wants to make money.

What are your musings on this topic?
In European Countries an EDGE connection Unlimited Data is around 9 euros, for 3g is around 29euros (again unlimited). So do you think we will enjoy all the latest MIDs / PDAs and other new upcoming smartphones in Malaysia?

Update on Android Market in Malaysia

For the past few months I been trying to push (of course not much success) the issue of the Android Marketplace exclusion from Malaysia. Yea there is so many topics in this very forum about how the phone is broken or not complete without the marketplace. I taught I will highlight what is going on, just so most people will get the idea what is actually happening.

Disclaimer, I am not bashing Google, and other companies just for fun. In fact I hope they can improve for the benefits of all the users.

Snippets From Android Help Forum

QUOTE

Thread Title: Android Market in Malaysia
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Andr...5a83d524b&hl=en

Basically, someone ask when it is available on 6/23/09 and Google's response was they dont support Malaysia.

QUOTE

Thread Title: When will Android Market be available in Malaysia and why is google limiting access to the market so severly?
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Andr...509b9a2c6&hl=en

Here we see, people complaining Google and HTC is pushing the blame to each other, and some even said it is our local government's fault.

Just search around the forum for with the keywords "Malaysia" and you can see tons of speculations about this problems.

Now I will provide the Official Reasoning (or what looks like legit so far) on why this is happening.
First thing is you must understand the Malaysian Handphone market is way different that those from UK and USA, in those two countries when people look to buy a phone they will go their operators (Vodafone, AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, T-Mobile, Orange, etc) to get a discounted phone with a contract (most likely 12-24months). Yes, recently this thread has been getting popular in Malaysia too, thanks to the introduction of Blackberry and Iphone handsets, but majority of the Malaysian public buys Handphones from Handphone shops, and not telcos (Maxis, Digi, Celcom, U-mobile). Basically point is we are opposite of UK and USA. (another reasoning is because we use 100% GSM, hence why we do this, since CDMA technology will ensure you most likely get a phone from your telco)

If you actually talk to Google Employee's they will tell you to get Android Marketplace in Malaysia. both the Phone Maker (In Malaysia's case most-likely HTC or Samsung) and the Telco providing the phone must be part of the OpenHandSet Alliance. ( List of members can be seen here. http://www.openhandsetalliance.com/oha_members.html ).

Some response I got from Google is saying that the telco I am using is choosing not to include the Android Marketplace with my phone. Which is confusing since I didnt buy a phone from my Telco (in my case Maxis-My). So basically, if our telcos in Malaysia dont want join OHA, we are screwed not to get Android Marketplace at all. As you can check list of countries where Android Marketplace (Full Free + Paid) is available has both the Phone Maker + Telcos representing them. So now unless anyone here got any idea how to push Maxis, Digi, etc etc to joining the OSA and help to push for Android marketplace we wont be seeing it for a very long long long time. According to Google, they give 30% profits from Paid Apps to the Telco's anyways so I dont see a disadvantage for our local telcos, I mean they are getting more money.

But then we come to another problem, Google expects that the Telco's version of the Android Marketplace must be in a Firmware customized by the Telco itself. Which I doubt any local telco wants to do it. So now even I am lost what to do.

Another reason Google Claims is because of Copy-protection, the currect marketplace (paid one) copy-protection can be by-passed by root users using a bug. Basically if your friend buy's a paid app you can take it from him and use it. Which is ironically funny, since almost everyone I know with an Android Phone in Malaysia is currently with custom firmware (rooted) and some even have those paid apps installed free of charge. This supposed to stop the piracy, but it looks like encouraging it.

I just hope this brief explanation helps to highlight what is going on. If you feel I am wrong, please by all means do correct me. I am only repeating what I get from Emails from HTC and Google and also the Android help forums. I myself now being a long time Android Fan/ evangelist am trying desperately to love the operating system but it is getting harder day by day due to Google's way of doing business.

P.S. : Even-Though Android is partially Open-Source (it is not full due to the Apache License for most part), stuff like the Android marketplace is closed-source and belongs to Google. So basically when we install those custom firmwares we are actually doing something illegal. (Remember 1 year ago few custom roms was forced to be taken down due to containing GoogleApps)

EDIT: By the way, Malaysia not only one with this problem. Even my friends from Sweden and Finland all having the EXACT same problem as us with the telcos. Specially Finland since they support Nokia there, and dont buy from telcos (unless Iphone of course).

Also, here is something funny, check out this Swedish developer that I know. If you see his topic he opened you will be wondering if Google really cares. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Andr...fcd4b4140&hl=en

Suggestions For Fedora 12 / 13

Introduction

Fedora 11 is going to be released soon, around next month, so we cant do much about that. I just want to gather what most lowyat forum users think can be improved in Fedora 12/13 (aka Future versions of Fedora ). To me i equate Fedora as equal to Debian. Fedora developers have done alot for the linux community as they contribute more to the kernal then only specific for Fedora, which is a good thing. This is why i want to gather feed back ( if you are a fedora user , or used fedora before ) on what you think can be improved in Future versions. Whatever suggestions in this topic, ill formally channel to the main Fedora community and maybe it might be Implemented in Future versions ( Hopefully )

No Ubuntu-Like Fedora based Distro

As i said above, i think Fedora is more or less like Debian, who follows alot of rules and regulations. But this becomes a problem, since most drivers wont work out-of-the-box if we stick to rules and regulation. This also prevents Fedora from becoming as famous as ubuntu as driver support is a huge problem. If whatever suggestions here is good but cannot be implemented in Fedora, i might in a year form a community to do a "Ubuntu", with the help of RPM-Fusion developers to create a modified Fedora which is more friendly and more to like ubuntu. But i still hope that Fedora can implement most of your suggestions. (If it is possible)

Draw Inspiration from Other Famous Distro

I feel that we should not be ashame to draw inspiration for what other distros have done. We should emulate what they have done right. Hey Knoppix was the first Linux distro to make a Live CD, and now that is a de-facto standard for Linux Distros. I feel we should see what other distro's strenghts are and emulate it, but also improve on their weaknesses.

Sample Distros to draw inspiration:

DreamLinux - The Persistent Dream installation, and the Easy-Install, or also the Avant Windows manager
Sabayon - Nice Customizable Graphical installation for the Operating System
Ubuntu - Ease of Use and Huge Driver Support
Wolvix - Have a Flash install Scipt on the Desktop
Mint - Simplified Compiz to have abit Eye Candy
OpenGEU - Animated Wallpapers
( these are only examples, dont worry if you disagree, was just proving a point )

Some of my personal Suggestions:
( Try to give your comment and maybe help me improve on it )

A) Have an easy-install Feature
- This is basically copying the feature of dream linux. It is a Scipt / Package manger which helps to install stuff like Google-Earth, Google-Desktop,Picasa, Kompozer, Opera Browser, Skype, Adobe Acrobat Reader , Azureus, WineHQ/Wine-Doors, W32Codecs, DVD Support, Nvidia Driver, and more. Basically it helps to proprietry softwares. Having this feature will not go against Fedora's rules as most of these softwares are already available for download for Fedora systems, this will be just a script to help people to download it easier. The source code for this can be gotten from DreamLinux distro easily.

B) Have a Simplified Compiz preinstalled
- This is just basically some eye candy, but should try emulate Sabayon and Mint, where it works out of the box and doesnt need to be so complicated to activate. Sometimes certain graphic cards may have problems with compiz as they need to be setup properly, what we should do is try to do what Mint Linux has gotten right by having a few simply compiz settings preinstall out of the box, such as wobbly windows, transparent, 3D Cube, and 3d Desktop. The code for this is already in Mint Linux, will be just a matter of porting it over.

C) Have a Script to install Flash
- Basically this copies Wolvix, where on the desktop it is a script that opens the Terminal to automatically install Flash. This i am not sure if it will actually go against fedora rules, but can still try and see, if it doesnt goes against the rules, i dont think there is any harm in including this. Flash is kinda important nowadays anyways.

D) More Driver Supports
- Have better support for Graphic and Wireless Drivers, or try to make installation as painless as possible. Alot of people are unaware of RPM-fusion and might just uninstall Fedora when they graphic cards or wireless cannot work. I agree that including drivers might go against Fedora's rules, but we might as well find away around the rules, maybe look for loop holes. My suggestion would be maybe a program which auto-detect what hardware you have, then you insert your hardware name into the program, it will suggestion download links where your are able to download and install it ( Most likely from rpm-fusion )

E) Better Graphical Installation/More customization for Installation
- As Fedora 10, the DVD installation is still Text Base. (Or atleast the one i got) Maybe we should try to be more of Ubuntu or Sabayon's DVD installation. What i mean by trying to emulate Sabayon's installation is that it allows you to choose which packages you want easy and much more eye catching. I am not saying Fedora doesnt allow you to do it, but Sabayon just does it better. Maybe we can improve the installation to make it more eye pleasing and easy to use. I really find it hard to put in words to explain Sabayon installation, maybe it is better you check it's Live DVD.

F) Out-of-the-Box Multimedia Support
- The ability not to play MP3 files out of the box is ridiculas, also watching movies is a pain since the codecs are complicated to be gotten. Maybe we need find away to actually solve this problem without breaking the laws.

G) Animated Wallpapers
- This is also abit of Eye-Candy, abit like copying the Enlightment Desktop Manager, maybe just have it as an Option.

H) Have a "Time Machine" like feature.
- Have a feature that is like Time Machine ( Mac OS X one ), this might attract people to Fedora.

I) Have a "ScreenSharing" like Feature.
- Same like (H) but this might attract developers, since we can work with people over the net with easy. 1 Workspace can easily be 1 person's desktop view. So you have like 4 workspace, 1 = yours and the other 3 = your 3 other friends, you can work in teams easily over the net.

J) Have better RPM-fusion support
- Most of the proprietry stuff is at RPM fusion, but many are unware, we should try to create awareness of this. This basically we have to think on how to create awareness of RPM-fusion and how to make the general public aware without breaking fedora's rules.

K) Graphic Driver Installation Ease
- Copying PCLinuxOS, where it auto-detects your graphic ATI or NVidia and tries to resolve the crashes. This may be hard to do as it involves the usage of propietry drivers, and something which goes against Fedora's FREEDOM rules.

L) Better USB Install
- Have a persistent installer like DreamLinux. Basically during the installation of the operating system during the live session, they ask if you want install to hard drive or usb pendrive. ( Hey Fedora already got USB booting support, why not make it more better )

M)Easy Remastering
- Remaster Fedora to one new distro with games only, with Oppenoffice to address your office needs only, or only with the multimedia base to watch/listen your multimedia files anytime, anywhere, or even squeeze Fedora and install it to a pen drive. Free your imagination.

N)Additional Application's Modules
- Basically allows you to create your own Live CD/DVD. Like you download the main DVD, then if you want additional OpenOffice, you download the openoffice module and place it in the DVD, hence your installation will have openoffice inside. Basically a live CD/DVD customization.

What is your taughts and suggestions?

So lowyat.net users, as the topic says, try to comment on my suggestions and also tell me yours. I want to gather imput before i forward it to the main fedora community.

Fed Up of Streamyx, Do something now.

Ok so i cant sleep, i been doing some thinking and decided to post my musings on the current events.
First off, why are we even complaining about Streamyx slow downs, You do not need to tell us ( the forum users ) about this, we know this.

So how exactly can you help?

For starters, you can start to complain to the people who can actually do something about it. In this case, to the COMMUNICATIONS & MULTIMEDIA CONSUMER FORUM OF MALAYSIA.
http://www.cfm.org.my/Site/Complaints.html

QUOTE

HOW TO COMPLAIN

If you feel that you have been misled, cheated or short-changed about a communication or multimedia-related service that you have purchased or subscribed, you may file your report directly to:
COMMUNICATIONS & MULTIMEDIA CONSUMER FORUM OF MALAYSIA
Suite 703 , Block A,
Kelana Centre Point,
No. 3 Jalan SS7/19,
47301 Petaling Jaya
Selangor Darul Ehsan
Email : aduan@cfm.org.my
Tel : (03) 7805 1800
Fax : (03) 7808 2088
Website: www.cmc.gov.my

Please note that all complaints should be made in writing and submitted with relevant documents and correspondences.

As a rule:
You should always file a complaint with your service provider first.
Ensure proper documentation and details are included with the complaint.
Write what you expect to get from the service provider for making the complaint.
Escalate the matter up to the Management if the response given by the front-line staff is inadequate.
After exhausting the complaints system of the service provider and you are still dissatisfied with the response given, refer your complaint to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.

If we can get enough complaints going, we might be able to make them sit up and realize that we are not making up stories, show them links to this forums , etc etc. Whatever proof that you can muster.

Eventually these complaints will reach the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
Besides complaining about the speed of streamyx you can also complain about stupid moves and decisions such as-

The decision to give TMNet a 7 year extension on its monopoly:
http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?f...25&sec=business

QUOTE

TM may not have to provide full services to other players until 2015

PETALING JAYA: The Government has deferred full access to the soon to be built high speed broadband (HSBB) network to industry players, except for Telekom Malaysia Bhd ™, by seven years to 2015.

The decision comes just a week after it inked a controversial RM11.3bil HSBB agreement with TM.

The deferment means that apart from bit streaming, full access, line sharing and sub-loop services will not be mandated in the access list which is up for review this year.

If these are not mandated, TM will not have to provide the services to the other players, a move seen by other industry players as protective of TM.

“The implementation of full access service, line sharing service and sub-loop service listed in the Commission Determination on Access List, ... where the facilities and services are provided over the HSBB network, shall be deferred for seven years from Sept 16, 2008 to Sept 15, 2015,’’ Energy, Water and Communications Minister said in a letter dated Sept 16, the same day the agreement with TM was inked.

Industry players who saw the letter, which was posted on the website of the Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on Sept 19, were shocked.

“This effectively stops any other provider from accessing TM’s HSBB infrastructure to provide services to end users and this in my opinion is against the very principle of acting in the long term interest of the end user,’’ said an industry player who requested anonymity.

Another player said “the Government is protecting TM and this strengthens its monopoly in the market place.”

StarBiz has learned that TM wanted the open access deferred as it is forking out 80% or RM8.9bil of the RM11.3bil for the HSBB project. The Government’s portion in the public/private partnership is RM2.4bil.

“TM wants some breathing space as it is entering uncharted territory with the HSBB,’’ said a source.

The MCMC, in a media briefing yesterday, said the public could enquire about the access list which will be posted today on its website.

“These are technical definitions. It also does not preclude us to reviewing the access list every three years,’’ said MCMC chief operating officer Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi.

The MCMC said the deferment was to “create an environment where HSBB can be deployed efficiently by TM and to promote effective competition in the communications and multimedia industry in an orderly fashion.”

Worse still for industry players, a re-selling of bandwidth would also not be allowed.

“We are not looking at simple re-sale. What we want to promote is triple play, IPTV, video on demand and things like that which can add value to and enrichen the network. The HSBB should be used for higher value-added (purposes), otherwise there is no point in the Government investing in the network,’’ Sharil said.

Basically BEFORE the elections, The government came up with all sorts of announcements and promises like greater competition in the ISP arena and the freeing up of certain licenses as well as a statement by our Information Minister that he would revoke the licenses of ISPs that could not perform.

Which resulted in this:

http://www.redesignmalaysia.com/category/o...edia-commision/

QUOTE

The Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission has released a mandatory standard for Quality of broadband service in Malaysia starting 1 January 2008.

Here are the conclusions(Applies to all ISPs):

* 80% of installation orders must be fulfilled within 24 hours from the time and date requested by the customer.
* 80% of service restoration must be completed within 24 hours from the time and date requested by the customer.
* 90% of billing complaints must be resolved in 15 business days of receipt of the complaint.
* Network latency to the nearest edge node(BRAS), shall be no more than 85ms(95% of the time)
* Bandwidth utilisation between the user and the nearest edge node of the regional broadband network(BRAS) should be no less than 80% of the subscribed level(95% of the me)-it means local sites will load faster
* Packet loss should not exceed 1% between the user and the nearest edge node of the regional broadband network(BRAS)

BRAS-Broadband Remote Access Server

Which made a lot of people happy. 1% packet loss or less? speeds no less than 80% of subscribed level 95% of the time? Awesome!

Alas, saying is one thing and doing is another. When something seems too good to be true, it very often is.

Any further comments on this might get me arrested without trial. So I'll stop at this.

Other Things you can do

Step 1 = Call TM-Net Hotline, 100 or 1300-88-9515 or whatever hotline you normally use.
Step 2 = File a report for Slow connection. Youtube slow loading, rapid share, TM-Net blocking torrents Traffic.
If the operator DARES to say TM-Net does not block anything, show / tell the operator about TM-Net's Streamyx FAQs Found on
http://www.streamyx.com.my/customer_care/c...stomer_care_faq

FAQs 39.40 and 41

Which stats
Throughput for P2P application (eg. Kazaa, Bittorrent) is subject to peers (seed) availability and their throughput as well. TM does not have any control over peers availability or throughput.
P2P application uses a lot of bandwidth and can significantly reduce the connection speed of other users especially during peak hours. To ensure optimal broadband experience for all users, TM has imposed prioritization during peak hours that would restrict throughput for P2P application.
Unlimited means that there is no time capping for user to access to the Internet and it does not mean that user can download/upload an unlimited volume of data.

And also this part of their website
http://www.streamyx.com.my/customer_care/c...ir_usage_policy

QUOTE

As our priority is for all our customers to have a positive Internet experience, we wish to emphasize that it is important for all our customers to practice responsible usage of the allocated bandwidth based on normal usage.

We would like to reiterate that we are not against the use of P2P but we would like to educate our customers that the usage of excessive P2P does impact the overall service availability to our other customers.

TM does provide every customer with an allocated bandwidth, where other customers may use when not used by the others. Unfortunately, the nature of P2P more often than not, takes more than their allocated bandwidth, thus causing undue setbacks for other users when they want to use the service.

Step 3 = A Technician will change your port and call you back, say connection still sucks
Step 4 = Call back every one week to check if your case is still open.
Step 5 = After 3 weeks and problem still not solve ( Which it wont be, report the the links i provided above )
Step 6 = After 1 month TM-Net will give you a free-upgrade from 1mb to 1.5mb line hoping you will say speed improve, dont fall for it, it doesnt improve at all, torrents still suck. Keep telling Tm-net losers who call you that speed sucks.
Step 7 = Call the billing department and request a rebate. After 15 days call them again if rebate not giving point them to the MCMC rule where it says ISP must settle all billing complaints in 15 working days or they did not meet the standards set by MCMC. If the idiot of the phone says it will take 1-3months, tell them you will report to MCMC that TM-net is not following the standards set by them.

If you do the steps above, you will get 50% rebate or more and a free upgrade of 50%. Why not we all start doing it.

Last thing

Never vote Barisan National, they will keep letting TM-Net ( Tm-Nut ) continue their SHIT .

So for now, hoping for a better Malaysian Internet is about all we can do.
