Problem details
I just upgraded my streamyx from 1mb to 4mb last friday, then the technician / or so called installer came to my house yesterday to do the installation. After they have done the installation, they told me that i'll have to wait for 7 days to get my 4mb streamyx activated? So i went over to TM Point on the same day to get my cordless phone and asked them about my activation status, according to their staff, my 4mb streamyx is activated. SO i went home that night to try on my internet speed, andddd nope...im still getting 1mb speed...so i called up 100 again, to request for status again, the girl said their technician will come over to my area at 10pm to install a port. So, i waited again until 1pm today, switched on my notebook again to tried on their speed, yessssssssssssssss i got my 4mb was overjoyed then...after 1 min...my speed went down to 1mb again....and that's the average speed until now...

My question is...is there any configuration or setting that i need to do, since its upgraded? =.= or should i still wait for the "7 days" as mentioned by the installer?

Ethernet Network Adapter & USB Network Adapter?

Guys here's my problem, i just upgraded my "streamyx RM99 with modem" to "streamyx combo wifi @ home" last week. After I've upgraded i just realized that i do not have an Ethernet wireless card inside my pc, so i went and bought a USB wireless adapter in order to solve the problem. According to the salesman, USB wireless adapter works the same way that Ethernet wireless network adapter does. BUT still, when im going through the "streamyx self installer" process with the USB wireless adapter plugged in and installed, i still cant seems to get through it, the "streamyx self installer" still keep telling me that i do not have an Ethernet wireless card installed in my system? anyone know what is the problem here?
