Kuchai East Condo in Kuchai Lama in slow progress

Kuchai East Condo (opposite NSK) in Kuchai Lama is in a turtle slow progress.

This project has started to build since around July 2017 and expect to complete by the end of 2020.
But looks like this super slow progress is impossible for the developer to deliver keys to owners by the end of 2020.

Total 561 units in 47 floors, the developer claims this is the tallest condo in Kuchai Lama.
I heard 500 units+ were sold so far.

Developer is Seri Mutiara Development Sdn Bhd, office in Cyberjaya.

All owners are panic now, worrying this condo may get abandoned.

Owners have 2 options, either to stay to observe first? Or to cancel S&P and bank loan now?
What should we do? Or do we have 3rd option? Any advice?

Who can help this homeless man in Kuchai Lama, KL?

I recently notice this homeless man is always lying in front of Speedmart 99, behind Taipei Walker restaurant & behind
Public Bank in Kuchai Lama, near new middle in construction Lily apartment.

Who can help him?
Can somebody send this news to newspaper or welfare apartment?

Burger King staffs are not wearing hats during on duty?
This happened in Pekan Sungai Besi branch.

Is this correct or not if based on Burger King's employees' rules and regulations?

I accidentally saw this dirty restaurant in Sri Petaling washing fish on corridor walkway.

This dirty Chinese restaurant is just next to Affin Bank, opposite from The Store super-market in Sri Petaling.
