Genting casino questions before interview.

Hello, I'm planning to attend interview at Genting Casino as either "Cage Cashier" or "Croupier", but before that I have two questions..

1. I completed form 5 study but did not do well in SPM so I didn't have certificate, do they only accept peoples with SPM cert?
2. I also failed in math too.

Add-on:
I'm fluent in both Mandarin and English;
I've had experience as a supermarket cashier for one and a half year so basic calculations are no problem to me;
So at least I pass BM in PMR, I wonder is it going to make any differences.

That is all, hope anyone can answer my questions, thanks!
