housing loan possibility

hi all, I want to see if there's a possibility of me getting a housing loan. Here's the situation. I have been a freelancer for the past 10 years, no fixed income esp from covid times and it's been 8 months since my last contract/paycheck. I'm 42, currently renting and considering buying the place as the owner is offering a pretty good deal at RM580K. I have fds/stocks totaling RM500K and my sis is putting in RM200K. So I would need a loan of RM350-380K. If I brought this to the banks, what are the chances of me getting a loan and with reasonable rates? Thanks

Hi guys, I'm currently shopping around for my first bike and found that the OTR price includes some pretty basic insurance (3rd party from X company) and road tax.
Would it possible to buy just the bike only then diy my own comprehensive insurance, rt, registration, etc? Thanks

hey guys, for the past 2 years I've been working in Thailand/around SEA as a freelance web project manager. I also have clients from Upwork and Freelancer that pay me via Paypal/Skrill. All my earnings have been directed into my Krungsi thai account.

insurance claim

hi guys, it was my first time getting into a major car crash. Myvi flipped over on the side (driver) when an Iswara crashed into me. Long story short, I had the right of way, the uncle was clearly at fault and his insurance is settling the bill. Since Perodua is going to take estimated 6-8 weeks (long queue) to repair, I asked if there's any way for me rent a car or take taxis. The P2 lady says insurance companies usually give RM30/day for 7 days, but i'll have to submit my claims directly. Has anyone else experienced this before? What was the procedure?

I run a small web design studio (partnership enterprise) and I'm debating on whether to rent an apartment or an office space. Can someone tell me the difference between rates? or perhaps give me an estimated monthly charge for both? or maybe some can share your TNB monthly bill?
