Need some advise on if I plan to JV with a company and to do multiple submission for first time purchase.<br /><br />Example 3 unit :<br />-First unit i will manage by myself and have rights to do anything on this property.<br />-The another 2 the company will manage (montlhy installement and sell) them and basically they have rights to do anything on the other 2 units. Basically is I borrow my name for purchase this 2 property, no need make any payment.<br /><br />If sell the 2 properties we split the price earned and they will make sure there have some profit just sell.<br /><br />Is there any pros and cons ?<br /><br />Hope senior can give more advise on this concern.
